I think I need your help.
I'm a noob in this department. I just got a 40in screen. I would love to watch all those great channels on my new slate.
I have sought help on different platforms and I've been asking questions but it seems people are not ready to help.
Note that I don't mind DIY or pay someone to do it. Though I'd prefer DIY
I'm aware that the decoder that comes in-built the tv is no good for good channels like Sport channels and the likes. Someone mentioned I get a CAM module for the TV but it seem it's not the best way to go

Can you please tell me the options. I would like something that doesn't involve anything above 1m dish.
Note that I am ready to experiment.
Currently I am watching GOTV on UHF, thanks to the RF connection from the Decoder in the Family room.

I stay in Osogbo, Osun State.

The C-band lnb can only give you an idea of 30.5e position but for out of footprint signal, using C-band lnb and then replacing with Ku lnb won't hit d target.

Its easier to locate joy TV(28.2e) first and shift slightly to the right while swinging d dish up and down gradually(starting from the location of joy tv).

NB: it is just slightly below and to d right of joy TV(when facing thedish).

Our personality defines us, I have noticed countless times your hatred to beginners but you were once one of them. Circulating Keys privately must be one of the reasons why you are diving this forum. I have always kicked against the idea of nairaland forum being mouthy to prompt station scrambling, I said it's nonsense from day one. This is not the only existing satellite forum on net, infact it is mostly the last to receive most information. I thought there are men here not boys, the fun of FTA is to enjoy it while it last. If Keys come out share it because if you don't other forum will and one day every working key will become useless. It's the way it is. The gurus should endeavour to train the upcoming one, not go into hiding with what they learnt from someone.
We should become men enough in here, if this kind of thing continues people like myself that love FTA not because it's free will definitely leave this forum regardless. I just don't like where things are done wrong .
