Please i need a candid advice. I am married with three kids (5,3 and 1). I stay in Lagos and my salary is about 10 million per annum with bright chances this will increase yearly in terms of salary reviews and promotions as I work with a big four. In short I can current afford to send my kids to good schools and take care of my family's basic needs. Would it be advisable to take a job offer in Australia (most likely sydney) for 80 to 85k AUD per annum pre-tax and live comfortably there with my family?

This question can only be answered by you. Firstly, you have to understand and establish why you want to relocate. The purpose for your relocation will determine if it is worth the risk.

If the reason you want to relocate is to make fast money, Nigeria is the better option to stay but if you are after quality of life, then Australia has the key. You choose yourself what you want.

That being said, for quality of life, Sydney is not one of the cities I will consider.

As advised, you can keep your job in Nigeria, do PR if you are qualified and can be visiting Australia at will.

If you don't stay in Australia, your PR expires after 5 years and you can apply for Resident Return Visa which is usually approved within days.

Good morning leaders, please it's take Australia embassy how many weeks or months to consider visitors subclass600 visa after biometric done, and can I work with visitors subclass600 for little time that I will arrange money in Australia soon apply for PR or better visa sir/ma

Standard processing time for visitors visa 600 is 19 - 23 days subject to change. However, it could be more, you only have to wait.

NO sir, you are not allowed to work on Visitor's visa. There is high probability that a no further stay condition would be imposed on your visitor's visa if granted.

@Slimy205,

1. Which transcript did you provide when you submitted the application? If you didn't provide any, you should have known that it will be asked.
Necessity is the mother of invention. You have to find a way. You should be entitled to a student copy of your transcript. Go to exams and records to ask.

2. You can go to the internal revenue to pay the tax for the year in question.

Bellong and others, please your assistant here is highly appreciated

The first thing you need to do is read the thread. You will get answer to most of your questions.

Secondly, pharmacy is a long process. When you read the requirements for assessment on the pharmacy assessing body's website, you will understand what I mean.

I advise you try Canada but if you have the patience, you can continue the process with Australia.

Thank you sir for your reply
Is it the experience in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or the one i had as a marketer in insurance. Which is the one i will use for the CDR?
Sir Bellong pls check your email, i sent you message.
God bless you more sir!
I really appreciate your help here.

Only EA requests for CDR, so you can't use marketing experience while assessing as a metallurgical engineer. You have to use the engineering experience.

Sorry bro, your questions can be answered here.

The issue here is that the assessing bodies view PGD differently. For example, ACS will equate it to Diploma degree. I am unsure what EA does.

I asked a question, I don't expect you to subject my question to your interpretation but you respond to the question I asked.

I am not good with reading epistle especially if it doesn't address the question asked. I also do not understand the subtle jabs in your post.

You created a thread for the purpose of educating us. So you should be wiling to answer questions without pre-empting the person asking.

I do not glorify any man but I give honour to whom it is due. If your interpretation of my question is exalting Paul above the Holy Spirit, you are entitled to your opinion.

Thorn in the flesh is not the same thing as a rebuke. If Paul had thrown such damaging heresies, I expect a stern rebuke from the Master.

I didn't read all the errors of Paul you wrote but the few I read, your explanations are not convincing which is why I asked the question. I actually asked the question with an open mind probably you have an explanation for it but you couldn't answer and assumed otherwise.

An advice, don't be defensive when a question is asked. Answer the question and allow the person give himself or herself away.

Since you are not willing to answer my question, no point to continue with the discussion.

@Jesusjnr,

I have read some of your positions against Apostle Paul and I have one question to ask. If it has been asked before, you can direct me to the page you responded to it.

The question is, The revelation to Apostle John about the 7 churches came after Paul's writings. In Jesus' revelations to John, Nicolaitans, Jezebel and the likes were accused for false teaching, heresies and the likes. If Paul had made so much heretical teaching, why didn't Jesus accuse him along with the doctrines of Nicolaitans?

Please provide scriptural and convincing reasons.

Thank you.

Please guys, I got a natural justice form from DIBP today stating that I should give reasons why my employment letter and reference letter are bogus. My boss's company is registered properly with CAC and also has his certificate intact, didn't know what resulted to that anyway. Please I need an advice on how to go about this guys. I am so confused at the moment.

You should have nothing to fear if you truly work there. Reply by telling them when you were employed, how long you have been there and who gave you the reference letter. Include your first offer letter when you were employed, few payslips, bank statement showing salary paid and tax certificate if you have it.

If you provide all these, you shouldn't have any problem.

Thank you very much for ur good advice. I will bear them in mind.

Last time, I used our manager's phone number and I informed the man. He kept waiting for their call and email but never came

So whose phone number should I put there?

If that was the case, you should have appealed that he didn't get any contact from them

Still use his phone number.

Quick one oga Bell.

If someone gets a nagative outcome and in the letter, they advised that the person is more suitable for a particular skill; does it mean that the person will have to re-write the CDR or use the same CDR for the skill they suggested for him/her?

Is it possible to use the same CDR/JD to re-shoot?
(Because of Plagiarism)

He doesn't need to rewrite. There's no plagiarism in this situation. The person will actually be given option to accept it or reject it. EA doesn't assess negatively in this situation, you will be given the option to accept their offer or reject it.

And I have experience as a call centre customer service but not a manger.

Am I likely to get a positive assessment with studying accounting

What you studied is not the issue but how you can align your job descriptions to your nominated occupation. You should visit AIM website to understand their requirements for a sales manager.

Ensure that whoever you put down on the reference is reachable either on phone or by email.

Use motor mechanic as advised. Provide all required documents and you should be fine.

Pls concerning my case what do you mean by "Long Thing"?

Having ICAN is not compulsory but will he be able to make 85 points? That is the least point for Accountants.

NT State nomination application takes at least 8 months before you get a response which may be negative.

Hello House, Kindly assist me with information on my eligibility and chances of migrating to Australia. I am very new to this platform.

I have a BSc in Human Physiology, PGD in Management, and MPH in Public Health. I am a licensed Environmental Health Officer.
I have worked for 10 years. I've written IELTS and I have S=7, R=7.5, W=6.5, L=8. I am 36 years old.
I'm Married.

Please I would really appreciate if I am guided on how to achieve my aim of migration.

Thank you.

What is your spouse's occupation?

Northern Territory is the only state sponsoring environmental health officer which is a long thing. Your spouse may be in a better position as the principal applicant.

Thanks for ur prompt reply, I'm a higher technical officer (HTO civil) because of my HND. I supervise, design n draw plans, prepare estimate n carry out the building of primary schools, markets, health centres, rehabilitate roads, basically all civil engineering works.

Civil engineering technician has limited states sponsoring the occupation. To have options for more states, you can either nominate bricklayer or civil engineering draftsperson. These two occupations especially the bricklayer have more states sponsoring it and you can align your experience to any of the two.
