Dapson000007: Since you have paid, nothing I can do. Ask him the vessel he booked the car on and when it is taking off. You have the right to know the vessel he booked and he should show you the paperwork. |

Dapson000007: Have you paid for the shipping? I don't think your car made it to the vessel because you should have received the Bill of Laden by now except you chose telex release. If you have not paid, you should seek for confirmation on what is happening and if he is not giving definite details, I can assist you with it. |

Righteousness89: If you actually read the bible well, you will know God does not suppress the will of majority when it comes to leadership even when people clearly reject the leadership and authority of God (reminds me of Samuel). Accomplishing HIS purpose is not hinged on a man that lacks basic character and empathy for others. God will surely accomplish His purpose with or without Trump. US media have always called the election before now, so Trump is not bigger than the tradition. And the USA media will continue to call the election after this year. 1 Like |

Dapson000007: It takes about 21 days to get to Lagos from the East coast. Your shipping agent should have given you information of the vessel and departure time. Contact the shipping company to provide the information. |

Dapson000007: Who is shipping it? Grimaldi or Sallaum? You can find the schedule on their website. If it was delivered on the 13th October, it should have met one of the vessels that left in the last two weeks. |

afrobaby: If you have a copy of your transcript, you can upload it along with other documents. ACS does not require that your institution send the transcript directly to them like VETASSES does. |

Ikjosh04: His choice of words may have been wrong but I don't think he meant to demotivate you. Yes, quite a number of people struggle to get into that entry level role due to the local experience requirement (silly right?). However, it doesn't mean you will not get it. Having the information he provided should be to motivate you more to add spices to your CV so it stands you out and give you an edge. You can get the role. Meanwhile, don't harbour the idea of getting positive assessment as an Engineering Manager after one year in a project coordinator position. 2 Likes |

afrobaby: I can't give an authoritative advice on the English test. Some find PTE easier than IELTS while others think IELTS is the best thing after Agege bread . It is up to you to decide which suits you. I only wrote IELTS, so I have no idea about the structure of PTE. Yes, I will advice you both do assessments and write the exam to boost each other's points (partner's points). Go to ACS website (Australian Computer Society), you will find information on documents required and steps to submitting your skills assessment. NB: you should consider another occupation closely related to system administrator. This is because prior to COVID trouble, only ACT was nominating it and may likely remove when full nomination process starts. Look for closely related occupation that is nominated by at least three states to give you options. |

Silverpurple: My reference to Melbourne is not an intent you are moving to the city but to let you know that there was a second wave which created restrictions. The restrictions in Victoria had some impact on the general economy. The economy is slowly picking up and it will take little bit of time for things to return to normal. Sydney is ok, it is the most populous city. You should get something in Sydney only that Melbourne is considered the IT hub of Australia. |

afrobaby: Read the first page, go to the occupation list and identify occupations that closely match his skills and yours. Once you do this, use the point calculator to calculate possible points the two of you can get, then you will be able to decide the principal applicant. You might likely have more points because with his age, the age points is significantly less. 1 Like |

Ikjosh04: The one year experience will not qualify you as an Engineering manager. While the role is technical, it also has the administrative part to it. You will need more than the one year to get a positive assessment. To let you know, the one year professional year is indirectly considered as an apprentice like year. It is not looked in the same way as skilled experience. |

afrobaby: 1. Who stands a better chance is dependent on who can gather the maximum points and whose occupation is nominated by the States. We don't know your husband's area of specialisation in IT. 2. Yes, your system admin role is still valid. Experience within 10 years is valid. |

Silverpurple: Don't move yet. Melbourne just lifted quite a number of restrictions. You can start to plan your move by January 2021. Meanwhile, you can start to apply for jobs that catch your fancy from now. You could get one. Check Seek and Indeed Australia websites. 1 Like |

Cutiejewel: 99% of visitor visa issued to Nigerians and some other countries will come with No further stay condition. There is 99% chance that yours will come with it. Under the no further stay rule, even if you apply for removal of the condition, the ACT does not permit issuance of another visa except for COVID that brought little changes to it. If your aim is for PR, waste no money on visitor visa, apply for study visa or PR itself. 6 Likes |

JayMaine: Your occupation (Television journalist) is a Skill level 1 class B occupation. This means a Bachelor degree equivalent to AQF is a must. From experience, qualifications from ABU have been assessed to be equivalent to a Diploma. This will likely give you a negative assessment. You can make an enquiry with VETASSES for clarification. Meanwhile, the other hurdle to cross is that only ACT specifically has it on their occupation list. Other states have it under special conditions. You will have to go through the states' website for more information. You can choose many occupations but the hurdle is they are all Skill level 1 and not many states sponsor them. |

Priceless25: I don't really understand your question because I don't know why you need your brother as a sponsor for skill migration except you want him to nominate you on family nomination. If it is for study visa, yes you can add him as a sponsor but his kids cannot be your dependent when you are technically depending on him. 1 Like |

planetuzor: Account manager is not same as an economist. You have to compare your job descriptions with closely related occupation on the list to nominate an occupation. Furthermore, your years of experience will be counted post qualification. VETASSES does not do experience in lieu of qualification. |

Ent3rpreneur: You still don't get the rule. Even if it were to be Pete Sampras or Federer, he would have been given same treatment. It is not whether the victim is hospitalised. The ball or racquet must not hit officials when ball is not in play, this includes unintentional hit. Even if the ball had just kissed her, that touched the official is a default. Djokovic should rather work on his anger and frustrations. Federer doesn't behave in such manner when frustrated because he understands the rules. You mentioned Serena, Krygios and David. Have you read the rules? Krygios and David have been given default in the past and Krygios probably has paid more money in fines than he has won on court. Serena's outburst was a violation code for which she received due punishment. 1 Like |

Ent3rpreneur: It is not any witch-hunt. The rule states that if you hit a ball hard, either intentional or unintentional, and it hits someone, you get a default. Don't be in a haste to think somebody is after anybody. It is the rule which have been applied to other players in the past even for lesser situation. Tennis is no respect of any player. It is not about intention but for players to play with decorum and not take their frustrations on balls and racquets. 4 Likes |
