anyway i will teach you how we prepare it in Ishan in Edo state because am not from Iboland.

INGREDIENT:Ogbono Grounded,
Crayfish grounded,Grounded dry chilli peppe or Grounded Cameroun peppe,meat, Smoke fish,stock, kpomo that's if you wish,Palm Oil,Maggi, Salt Water, Onion.


watch the meat very well, then place in a pot add enough water and onion, then allow to boil for 15-2mins,then pour the grounded ogbono into a bowl add the red oil, place it ontop the cover of the pot or u can melt it in the fire, allow to melt with the oil,then mix with ur peppe and grounded crayfish, wash the stock fish, smoke fish pour them inside the meat pot, allow to boil,then wash the kpomo then cut  into pieces, wash it with a sponge to make sure there is no sand inside and those black things inside, then pour the ogbono into the boiling meat,stir it to make sure it does not form mould, dont cover it up so that it wont be too watery.Allow to boil for 10mins, then add maggi and a little salt to taste. allow to boil for sometime.that is all.

NOTE: If you dont want it plain, you can add okro,ugu or ewedu leaf if you like.

MY SPECIAL RECIPE: PEANUT SOUP


1 ½ onions (blended to smooth consistency)
1 16 oz. tub creamy peanut butter
1 lb. cow’s feet (cut and cleaned)
1 1½ lb. fresh mackerel fish (cut and cleaned)
½ lb. beef tripe (cut into bite-size pieces)
3 Maggi cubes
3 oz. tomato sauce
2 oz. whole crayfish

Place peanut butter along with 8 oz. of water into a saucepan and mix until homogenized. Place over medium heat, mixing often to prevent burning. Cook until peanut oil rises to the top. Skim excess oil of the top and set aside.

Place cow’s feet and beef tripe in a Dutch oven along with blended onions, crayfish and Maggi. Add enough water to cover the meat by 1 inch and place over medium heat. Cover and cook for 35 minutes adding more water if necessary. Add tomato sauce, peanut sauce and mackerel pieces. Cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Serve hot over tuo zaafi or with fufu,pounded yam,eba or semovita

my advised for you is to go first and be sure you really love her like you claim, after the wedding, go to the state, then u can start preparing her movement to join me so that you wont use your own hand to spoil what God has just done for you.
