For me,honiepie has being wonderful,i met her here on nairaland,when i had an unending itch and discharge that refused to go,she remedied it and also helped me lose several kilos with her weightloss smoothies,some how i told her of my planned visit to london,but was afraid of accomodation cost,she told me i could stay at her place,without double thought,just lik that,my dh was hesitant,but eventually i arrived,she and her dh to be where already at the air port waiting,they received me like a princess,if you see us together you will swear we are sibblings,shes very nice and accomodating,i was given a mighty room in her mansion home,free accomodation,food,transport,name it,i came to get items for sale and arrange some personal stuffs,am greatful and thankful i met you honiepie,uniquely made young lady.

pls let me share my success story abeg,me am guilty ooo,for over 4mnths i ve had a hurrible discharge that anti biotics couldnt remedy,i kep jumping from one hospital to another,couldnt use my company hospital bcause my matter too bad,lol,i read my only mamalawos post on discharge matter,i bought acv,trevo nd did the detox,till date everything,i mean everything stopped,the wearing of sanitary towel,itch and foul smell all disappeared in just a few days,you are an absolute blessing to everyone you have had personal encounter with,God bless you.

Hiya,hw is everyone doing?my little daughter had a cold so i was busy with her all yesterday.i see we have a new strategy to weightloss,steaming or hot bath before workout,this is a terrific idea,i think it wont hurt to try.but i hardly have time to workout except on saturdays because of work.this is an easy idea to sweating out the fat i guess.goodnews,i ve got a scale now.

Lunch smoothie with strawberry,apples,blueberries,banana,lettuce, nd spinach,paw paw,tomato,about 250grams fat free yougourt,am hittin it hard,lol,my abdomen dosnt feel too full at bedtime anymore.i also increased my general water intake to help flush the intestine etc.i plann on eating green plantain porridge tonight.@holly b kudos,welcome to our newbies,

hello,@ hollyb,yugeeteam and doyin you are all welcome.i feel better and lighter,everyone seem to be complimenting my new look.my hubby(lives far from us) on bbm early this mornin even noticed a tremendous change,because i wore a short he bought for me last year which has never fitted and he kept yabbing me,that he never knew i was so fat.this mornin he saw me wearin it,lol,i feel gud.

goodevening house.theres something goin on which am not very sure yet,so let me kip calm nd kip watching.the fact is i work in a public place(bank)and i received lots of complements @ wok today more than i hv in the past months.i also noticed my usually tight suit which i hvnt worn in over a mnth fitted perfectly today.na wa o,could it be honiepies smoothie which i had last fin to bed day before yesternite,yesternite and dis morning?i poo'ed lik crazy lik 4 times since i started,babes i feel like a kite,am happy and more confident,hvnt checked the scale but i fell more trim and lighter,my clothing and a hundred compliments bore me witness.

drank it chilled b4 leaving for work.
Felt full,drove to walk,car broke down on d way so i walked for about 15mins to office.colleague drove me bak.
Lunch i skipped
dinner i did honipies water trick,that is drink 2littres of water 30mins before food.then ate the natural clomid diet(boiled yam) with green and tomato sauce.couldnt eat more than a slice and nearly half.i ve become honipies fan,i love the simplicity of the recipies,cheap and accesible.goodnite my sisters.

one of our happiest moments is planning your wedding and actually getting married.the beauty of getting married is having your own kids,the moment the doctor confirms you pregnant,it immediately seems like the whole belongs to you,the feeling of butterflies in ur stomach,ur throat goes dry,nd you develope cold hands nd feet.yu become over whelmed with joy and sometimes you shed a tear.you start imaging tooo many things,what wud/he or she look like?what name wud i call him/her?cant wait to start shopping for my loved one,the hair style,clothing,even to a point involuntarily yu start finking of d best baby lotion,soap,the very best of wat life can offer come streaming thru yur mind for yur loved one.at that moment nothing else means anyfin too yu but d company of yur growin little foetus,within a few months you ve virtually made ALL arrangment nd provision for your still forming embryo,and suddenly the worst happens,you lose your baby to abbortion,your world comes crombelling,yur heart and hope sharters in day light,your dreams suddenly turn to a nightmare.how will you cope in such a devastating situation?or share with us if yu have experienced such nd how you over came it.

hi @honiepie,uzoo n' pretty.this is just what i ve bn looking for,a group to work with and achieve weightloss.i would have posted my start off pix but unfortunately i stopped taking pix in about ayear becos i hate jus hw fat my cheeks r,lol.but certainly down the lane i hope to,once d weight start dropping off pound by pound.needless to say i ve tried shedding weight over nd over,actually since i left high school,especially lagos life style keeps one to busy to even think of eating right nor dietin nd exercising.
