It isn't. They don't train their staff anymore. Their customer service as at 2010 was better than it is nowadays. The companies only want to cut corners via recruitment then bypassing training.

so the major problem is ill staffs who don't know their jobs or lack of adequate staffs to satisfy the numerous customers they have at the moment?

They should focus more on training their already existing staff because their customer service quality has dropped seriously over the years.

sure they need to focus on that, but don't you think it is as a result of lack of adequate man power....so employing new staffs will help solve that problem to some reasonable extent!. or what do you think?
