@Bevy12, funny idea, but it's not impossible. We can actually do it.

If we want to do it, we'll have to decide on the catergories, then nominate people for each of them, then we'll decide which person is best suited for which award.

I know there are categories like: Daesang
Top Excellence acting
Best acting in a mid length series (18-24 eps)
Best acting in a mini series (12-16 eps)
Best acting in a long length series (35-50eps)
Best couple
Best script
Best drama
Best new acting
Best supporting acting
Viewers choice/netizen/popularity award grin

Each award category, except Daesang (grand prize), has male and female, so we can nominate 3 people (3 actors, 3 actresses) in each category. Top 3 nominees in each category makes it to the final round, and we'll proceed from there.

Cc ellab, hilda90, , slimAdenike, KallmeMrB.... Let's do this! grin
Ok na. We can do it!

my dear,its extra shocking.
The one that made me throw my head backwards to laugh was LMH's award(Thank God I wasn't caught by my boss), "life time achievement"? For wetin na? e never even reach 30 years. if it was "hallyu achievement",I for free o. I think the organizers made a mistake for life-time instead of Hallyu.

Like I said before(some ppl no go still accept truth),This award is based on Popularity.
I smell conspiracy. Hehehe. People that acted this year and are older than thirty never even get life time achievement award na Lee Min-ho them give. Mtchww. Lets do our own awards jor. Nairaland Korean Awards. Lol.

What's your favourite kdrama cliché?

Mine is the piggyback,Makeover,Back hug, perfect second lead,Contract marriage and shower scene.

The most annoying cliché is the evil mom, loan sharks, car accident and amnesia.
Contract marriage, gender confusion, wrist grabs and bad boy gets girl. I love dramas where the main lead has a secret. It's like I'm keeping the secret with him/her. My worst drama cliches are the falling kiss, evil motherand car accidents.

what?
Kim soo hyun won the daesang award at the Korean drama awards? I mean WTH? I love ksh but that award should have been given to jisung for his role in KMHM. is this award voted based on popularity? I am disappointed with the judges of this show but Happy for KSH tho.

Kim tae her, best actress? they are kidding right? Jang Nara did good too. I ask again,is this award based on popularity?

Yongpal won "scriptwriter" award..hian.

miseang as best drama is well deserved.

Exo's Chanyeol won "best rookie" award? what happened to yook sungjae? I ask again,is this based on popularity vote or merit? SM company,I see u.

Gone are the days when awards meant something.
Kim Tae-hee tried sha but I love Yook Sungjae's acting. He deserves an award. Kim Soo-hyun tried too but Ji Sung deserves the award.

Romance / Re: Stammerers Can Sing Smoothly by Bevy12(f): 9:12am On Oct 08, 2015
Some people are stammerers because when they are talking that's when they are thinking of what to say and since they already know the lyrics of the song they can't stammer.

Hello everyone, how are you all doing?
Question for the day; which do you prefer? Watching a drama while it airs or watching when it ends.
When it ends o. I'm not a patient person but there are good reasons to watch it while it's still airing. You can brag about it and sometimes it's thrilling, you'll be like 'omg, what's going to happen? Omo' (note the exaggeration. Hehehe.)
Nairaland / General / Why Do Parents Hit Their Children For Writing With The Left Hand? by Bevy12(f): 4:17pm On Oct 07, 2015
I remembered that when I was little, I would use my left hand to write and my mum would hit me and I would stop. People usually say that those that write with the left hand are great. So, I'm wondering why they hit those that use the left hand.

Sports / 105 Year Old Japanese Sprinter Challenges Usain Bolt To A Race by Bevy12(f): 6:01pm On Sep 25, 2015
Japanese centenarian Hidekichi Miyazaki set a fresh record as the world's oldest competitive sprinter this week, one day after turning 105, but said he was disappointed at falling short of his own personal best. "I wanted to shave off a few more seconds as I got 36 seconds while training," Miyazaki, wearing a bright red T- shirt and running shorts, said after completing his heat with a time of 42.22 on Wednesday. His personal record of 34.10, chalked up when he was 103, remains unbeaten for centenarian. Born on Sept. 22, 1910, Miyazaki was already eight when World War One ended and 34 when Japan was defeated in World War Two. He did not start running until he was in his 90s, since many of the friends with whom he had played the Japanese board game "Go" had passed away, according to Guinness World Records. Miyazaki, known as the "Golden Bolt" for imitating Jamaican Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt's famed lightening bolt pose, says he longs for the opportunity to challenge the fastest man in the world, according to Guinness World Records. Asked the secret of his success, Miyazaki said he exercised daily, ate in moderation and chewed his food properly. "The doctors are all surprised. It's all about being in good health," he told reporters. Japan, which on Monday marked "Respect for the Aged Day, tops the world in number of people over age 65 years old. The number of people over 80 topped 10 million for the first time, of whom 60,000 are over 100 years old, according to a report issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs this week.

Religion / Pastor Kumuyi: Do Not Go To Nightclubs If You Want To Make Heaven by Bevy12(f): 9:44am On Sep 25, 2015
The General
Superintendent, Deeper
Christian Life Ministry,
Pastor William Kumuyi,
has charged Nigerians
to shun night clubs,
cultism and other social
vices as these are
destructive to their
lives.
Kumuyi spoke at the
ongoing Lagos City-wide
Crusade in Agege,
Lagos, which thousands
of Lagosians attended.
Speaking on the topic:
“The Supernatural
Beginning of a Better
Future,” Kumuyi urged
Nigerians to root out
the habit of nightclubbing, cultism and
other negative social
pastimes from their
lives and surrender to
Jesus who has the
power to break the
negative habits from
their lives.
“Every plant that has
not been planted in your
life shall be rooted out.
You would have gone to
school, but night club
will not allow you; you
would have earned
money but roaming
about will not allow you.
The original plan and
purpose of God for your
life will be fulfilled.
“People could not get
the original plan God has
for them because there
has been a derailment.
Satan, the society and
sin conspired to derail
your life with the
cooperation of self. Your
destiny which has been
in the hand of Satan, the society and sin will be taken back,” he said.

Celebrities / Rapper, Eva Alordiah Bares Abs For Tomboy Inspired Photo Shoot by Bevy12(f): 9:11am On Sep 25, 2015
Only a few days away from dropping her debut album, rapper, Eva Alordiah has released new tom boy photos. Eva who is also a model and make-over artiste is seen in the photos wearing a micro-crop top and shorts. She completes her tomboyish look with fitted ankle sneakers in an all-black ensemble. Styled by top Kenyan fashion enthusiast, Fawwie, Eva adorns an urban 2 piece jumper which again puts her navel on display showing off her impressive abs in the photo.

Eva wrote: ''For once in your life, Be a Boy. A tomboy I mean. You cannot really be a boy, completely. You can think like a man, but you'd still always be a girl, somehow. It's the fucking hormones.

But for once, be a boy. Discard your skirts and trade them for baggy pants and joggers, cut off your hair, maybe not all of it but just enough till your biggest comb becomes useless to it. Don't get acryllic extensions on your nails, and if you decide to polish them use blacks and your darkest purples. Forget Lingeries and your silky sleep wear, buy some big shirts, or borrow one or two from your boyfriend. If you do not have a boyfriend, send me a mail.

Ditch your high heeled shoes, only sneakers and flats would do for now.
And always, always, always make sure you step out with the most impeccable Makeup on It's the best feminine accessory you have. If you do not know how to get your makeup right, mail me

privateclass@makeupbyorsela.com I'd give you one-on-one private makeup classes. For once in your life, be a boy.
Because in becoming a boy, you would learn how to be a better Girl. I just became a girl again
My God! It has been a wonderful experience. I am a more Sensual, Feminine, Elegant, and still 'Fiesty personality.
Oh shoot! Does this mean all the boys I had in my past boy-life are somewhat somehow somehow Bi?
Chai!
Nne if a guy ever tells you he had me, forget! I was the one who had him. I'm telling you!''
