Politics / Re: El Rufai Accuses JTF Of Killing Gen Mohammed Shuwa by BigBro(m): 10:40am On Nov 06, 2012
Those Elrufai accusers are village touts and woeful illiterates. As someone has said above, Elrufai is 100 times better than everybody in their enclave. Let them mention one, just a single person in their family who can match Elrufai in every sphere of life - educationally, socially, etc, etc.

STUPID FOOLS!!!
Politics / Re: El Rufai Accuses JTF Of Killing Gen Mohammed Shuwa by BigBro(m): 9:15am On Nov 06, 2012
...look up and see stark illiterates comment on issues they have no iota of knowledge about. Your ability to reason, dissect and make meaningful analysis of situations/issues is beclauded by unreasonable hatred for some group of people. I am sure you don't want this BH menace to stop because it does not affect your old fools in the village. Anyway, it is not surprising at all.
Family / Re: 70-yr-old Man Insists On Marrying 12-yr-old To Boost Wealth by BigBro(m): 1:07pm On Oct 11, 2012
I want to appeal to fellow Muslims to stop giving explanations because these animals that call themselves christians are a bunch of daft illiterates. They have no sense of reason. Imagine the animals close their eyes to the ugly happenings within their churches and homes yet they are shameless enough to open their dirty mounths accusing others. It is rather unfortunate having anything to do with these wild animals.

@ petipeti and Anti-Gbagaun or whatever you call yourselves. I want to put it strait to you that you are purely primitive illitrates and that it is glaring in your statements. An entire faith cannot be condemned on the action of an individual. You went to the extent of accusing the Holy Prophet about something you have no knowledge of. Upon all the nasty things that come out from the top hierarchy of your churches around the world with senior pastors (or whatever they call themselves) sexually abusing children, you will never hear Muslims say anything disrespectful about Jesus because we knew their actions do not represent his deeds. We have mouths to say what we want to say as well, but our religion does not teach us such stupidity.

The word respect does not exist in your dictionary. This is obvious because a typical example is "whoever does not respect other people's elders does not respect his own too"

Politics / Re: If Nigeria Divides, What Happens To The Christians In The North? by BigBro(m): 12:26pm On Jun 01, 2011
and yet with all the propaganda against it (like yours here) its the fastest growing religion in the west as well as the world! Extinct? Only in your head.

ABEG, TELL THEM AGAIN IN CASE THEY'VE FORGOTTEN !!!
Politics / Re: If Nigeria Divides, What Happens To The Christians In The North? by BigBro(m): 4:58pm On May 31, 2011
You people should stop deceiving yourselves. MUSLIMS are the majority in Nigeria not only in the North. That is not the point, In my earlier post I stated that it is better for this project to break off because enough blood of innocent muslims has been shed. Imagine the barbaric slaughter of innocent muslims in Kaduna, Jos, and other places. We are supposed to benefit from our differences but unfortunately the reverse is the case.
Politics / Re: If Nigeria Divides, What Happens To The Christians In The North? by BigBro(m): 4:52pm On May 26, 2011
Naija is not one and has never been one since Independence. The best thing for this project called Nigeria is to split. thousands of people (mostly innocent) have been maimed and killed simply because they were not from the same ethnic group or do not share the same belief with their assailants. So, I think it is high time that this country breaks off and everybody finds his/her way.
Politics / Re: Poll - Jonathan's Approval Rating by BigBro(m): 6:46pm On Oct 07, 2010
@ chosen04,
The truth is Nigerians especially (ordinary Nigerians) should learn to face and deal with corruption and corrupt leaders decisively. we seem to always cast blames on one part of the country or another for the woes of this country. In reality there are only two interest groups in this country " Those who run the affairs of this country and do so selfishly to benefit themselves and their cronies and on the other hand, those who are victims of their malicious actions (the masses). How are you sure if Oadua nation becomes a reality it is not going to be business as usual? are you saying all Governors and LG Chairmen in the S/W are not corrupt? It is terribly disheartening why Nigerians are reluctant to tell themselves the truth and act accordingly. We keep on shielding the wrongdoings of some people simply because they are from our area or because we speak the same language whereas these group of people do not reason to do what is good to benefit the same people protecting them on the contrary they continue to commit all sorts of atrocities against their immediate community and the country at large.

Honestly, we need to change our thinking. we need to begin to think as humans.
Crime / Re: Sss Officer, Wife, 3 Kids Slaughtered In Kano by BigBro(m): 7:47am On Sep 17, 2010
@Echidime.
It is obvious you are a big fool. Only God knows the kind of atrocities you and your family commit. I can understand why people like can't hide their hatred for Islam and Muslims. Fine, if it is justifiable to use a single person's actions or even the actions of a handful of people to condemn an entire faith then you Christians would be judged the most stinking creatures on earth.
Is it not absurd, belittling and wild what your pastors even at high levels do. could you imaging the kind of wild and shame sex scandal in the churches everywhere and even the pope was aware of such cases but he decided to keep mute because,
could you imaging the rampant cases of killings in the west and many more. this is just to mention but a few.
Crime / Re: Sss Officer, Wife, 3 Kids Slaughtered In Kano by BigBro(m): 7:54am On Sep 16, 2010
@ Echidime or whatever you call yourself.

I want to believe that people like you are the bane of this country. I mean it is disheartening to see human beings reason the way you do. The nature of job of these people is such that they must step on toes (Big ones for that matter) and they do that to ensure justice in the society. so are you saying that evil doers in the society should be allowed to get away with it so that they do not retaliate?

Man, i suggest that you learn to think and reason as a real humans do.
Politics / Re: Ibb- Nigeria’s Break-up Impossible. by BigBro(m): 2:06pm On Apr 18, 2010
This entity called Nigeria should be allowed to split. It is obvious even on this forum NL that the people of this so called country are not one. The monumental hatred that exists among Nigerians along ethnic and religious lines is so glaring and overwhelming to be ignored. Every little thing is viewed from ethnic or religious angle. One can comfortably vouch that views and analyses of events in Nigeria by Nigerians are far from being objective. That is why efforts to move this country forward will remain a mirage. Make this forced project disintegrate abeg!!!
Politics / Re: How Much Can You Sacrifice For Nigeria? by BigBro(m): 11:38am On Mar 25, 2010
It baffles me whenever i see/hear Nigerians being pessimistic about their own country. No matter how bad Nigeria is, it is the only country we have and therefore should be proud of. Discerning members of this forum will agree with me that whenever there is a post/Topic for discussion, majority of the comments one sees here are pessimistic, anti progressive and unwholesome. When there is a problem and everybody believes there is a problem the best thing to do is to look at the cause(s) of the problem and then proffer solution(s) to the problem rather than beginning to curse and lose confidence in the entire system.

U.S. (which is always the reference point/haven when it comes to issues of progress and excellence) would not have been what it is today if its citizens' approach issues of national interest in the same manner we Nigerians do. We must as a matter of urgency learn to make constructive criticisms devoid of sentiments and ethnic/sectional/religious bias. For discerning Nigerian there are only two divisions/interests in this country i.e. The microscopic few (a composition of the various ethnic groups/sections/religions in the country) who pilot the affairs of this country and misuse our resources for their own selfish gains and on the other hand The masses who are always at the receiving end of the misdeeds of the former. We should learn to collectively rise up against injustice, engage in constructive criticisms and propose viable solutions to problems.

Nigeria must be made a better place for all of us, that is uncompromisable.
Politics / Re: Questions For Sanusi Lamido Sanusi by BigBro(m): 4:22pm On Aug 25, 2009
I believe the future of this country is promising and bright with the kind of objective analytical views shared on this topic. The poster intended to incite some kind of biased Sectional/Tribal analysis of the issue. We must rise above sectional/tribal prejudice if we are to overcome the perennial socio-political and economic problems of this country. Like one of the commentators here pointed out, the elites from all sections of this country connived and launched grievous attack on the ordinary people of this country. Today, not even the media is objective in their reportage of issues becouse they're mostly owned by the cabal that is bent on stunting the growth of this nation. Although, there are few exceptional ones that must be commended for sticking to the ethics of the profession. Let every defaulter be punished according to the law without regard to where he/she comes from, that's the only way to salvage our country.
Politics / Re: Massob Are On Government Payroll by BigBro(m): 9:55am On Jul 13, 2009
Trusting Ndigbos again with power in this country would amount to suicide. The memories of the 1960s are still fresh with the rest of us when the Ndigbos conspired among themselves and lunched brutal attacks on eminent sons of Nigeria from the North and South West. They brutally killed eminent people like Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Sardauna of Sokoto and Akintola. The then president, Azikiwe knew about the plot and so embarked on a prolonged trip abroad with an excuse to seek medical attention. His personal doctor who was among his entourage had to leave his oga abroad becouse he was tired and was already running out of his personal esta code. Unknown to him that his oga had a hidden reason for his prolonged trip. Thank God their plot backfired and they were called back to order.
Politics / Re: Bauchi To Demolish Dep. Governor’s House by BigBro(m): 11:29am On Jul 09, 2009
I think it is high time people like GEW stay away from social forums like this. It is unimaginable and pathetic, the gross sense of immaturity and uncivility manifested in the words of this man. Disrespect for other people's faith is a clear sign of ignorance and disrespect for ones' own faith. This is becouse if you love and respect your faith, you'll always avoid anything that can provoke negative counteraction. MAN learn to retrace your steps or kindly blank yourself out of our midst. THANK YOU!!!

@ okokomeji,
You are obvously by all standards a woeful illiterate. Please may i ask you your level of education? From your statement i learnt that you're from the south east. You guys always try to unduly claim to be educated, in real sense you're the worst iliiterates and hopeless people in this country. You are the architects of the gross underdevelopment in you region. You worship money, you trade yourselves for pittance. every state in this country gets it's share monthly from the federation account yet, you have nothing to show for it becouse your leaders/rulers are damn heartless and greedy. They siphon your resources and stash such in foreign banks and you fools are hopelessly watching. Just of recent, i read in the papers that huge amount of millions belonging to anambra people were intercepted in lagos by the police. That is only one of the many of such cases in that axis of the country. What a pathetic people, you'll die as slaves!!!
Islam for Muslims / Re: Islam And My Profession - I Need Help by BigBro(m): 8:24am On Jun 23, 2009
@ poster,
I don't think this is the right avenue to seek viable clarification on that issue or any other religious issue for that matter. I'm sure being a muslim there are many islamic clerics around to accost for dependable answers. How many of us here on this forum are learned enough in islamic jurisprudence to provide reliable answers to such questions. please redirect your question to the appropriate quarters. Thank you.
Politics / Re: Republic Of Kano State Is Now Official by BigBro(m): 9:16am On May 18, 2009
@ nuzo
You should be ashamed of himself. your intention was clearly to incite religious and tribal hatred among people. Kano state government has never attempted to chase away non indigines from the state as Plateau state government is doing. It is obvious that plateau state government has an agenda to displace Hausas and Fulanis in that state and i want to assure you that they embarked on a dangerous and definitely futile mission. I wonder if ever in your life you've been to Kano. This post of yours is too ridiculous to believe. No state in this country can dare do what you said and get away with it. Nuzo, you missed road, this is not a forum of illiterates you can toy around.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: How Much Do International Schools In Nigeria Pay? by BigBro(m): 8:55am On May 06, 2009
The attitude of some members of this forum is unbecoming and unwholesome and is making the site uninteresting. While it is right to correct somebody where he/she goes wrong, it should'nt be done by way of assulting and castigating the person. arrogance portrays uncivility and illiteracy in a person even if that person claims to be educated. Please let our education manifest in our approach to issues and in the way we interact with one another. Thank you.

Politics / Re: Protest In London Today Over Obasanjo's Lecture by BigBro(m): 11:42am On Mar 19, 2009
It is very disheartning how nigerians rest their assessments on ethnic grounds. It is obvious to everyone in their right senses that Obasanjo has committed more than enough unwholesome acts to deserve humiliation of the highest order. I'm sure if one traces the background of those against this protest it will be glaring that they're against it becouse he is their kinsman. During his regime, corruption was at it's peak, politically motivated killings were the order of the day, collapse of security, insensible and callous policies that have no regard for the plight of the ordinary nigerians (e.g. persistent fuel pump price increase), to cap it all, cheating with his daughter in law. That man is a shame to nigeria as a nation.
If we should grow as a nation, we should always be objective in the way we view, analyse and act on issues, else, sorry for this country called nigeria.
Politics / Re: Truth From Strange Quarters. Is This A Sign Of Good Omen? by BigBro(m): 5:19pm On Mar 18, 2009
@ Afaukwu
I don't have an iota of support for inter-religious and inter-ethnic violence becouse it is senseless, unreasonable and uncivilised. No body should be forced to embrace any religion, my scripture (The holy Qur'an) is very clear about that. people should be allowed to practice without hinderence a religion of their choice. I want to believe that is also in the Bible. At the same time people should not be killed or even discriminated against on ethnic grounds. I am Hausa by tribe, i personally don't see any reason why i shall detest anybody simply becouse he/she does not belong to my tribe. what matters the most is one's attitude (how one conducts him/herself). people should also be allowed to live wherever they want regardless of their ethnic background. But, i tell you until and unless ordinary nigerians learn to tolerate and respect one another's religion and values and also stop yielding to the malicious inducements of some political and religious elites, this menace will continue to rage people in different parts of the country.
Politics / Re: Truth From Strange Quarters. Is This A Sign Of Good Omen? by BigBro(m): 2:15pm On Mar 12, 2009
It is pertinent to make it bold and clear to everyone that in as much as the so called christians in this country continue to show blunt intolerance to muslims and Islam in this country crisis will never end. for example, on the issue of Shari'a legal system, it had categorically been stated countless times that shari'a is applicable only on muslims. Shari'a does not have anything to do with the unbelievers. But they remained adamant on their move to stop muslims from being guided by the system of their choice. This intolerance and is manifest everywhere even here on NL.
The showdown continues!!!
Foreign Affairs / Re: The United States Army Looking to recruit Igbos by BigBro(m): 4:27pm On Feb 23, 2009
@ Thetruth90, It is an insult if you don't understand. recruiting them into the US army is only to save Americans from death warrants in the many battles US is fighting abroad. why not offer them something lucrative. That's another way of getting people regarded as nuisance to the society off the streets. That's the logic, even here in Nigeria, drop outs and miscreants are usually sent into army (recruits). I'm very sure that's the only level at which they'll take them.
Man, it's good to use one's number 6 to analyse and reason on issues before you start rejoicing, Abi your no. 6 no dey work?
