We have had this issue of fight between Godfathers and godsons governor using the house assembly as a battle field since 1999
and the governors have never prevailed without having upper hand in the presidency.

Lagos is a Yoruba city today, and nobody (At least nobody from Edo) is contesting that.

River state situation is not going to be business as usual, Wike is has alot of experience, that is evident in him purchasing Electoral Forms to all the local government chairmen and House of Assembly members. Wike also has a good leadership base of the local governments in the state. I don't know much about Fubura as a politician hitherto, but I don't think he has a good support base aside tribal support which cannot withstand turbulence from a formidable personality of Wike class. As an economist and investment banker Obaseki has implemented sound fiscal policies that have put the state in a very good position. You don't hear of things like pensioners not being paid of civil servants salaries delayed in Edo State.
However he's not performed do well on basic infrastructure, especially roads.
All in all, I would say he's tenure has been a success, considering the amount of energy and resources he needed to deploy to get re-elected against the wishes of Oshimoloe and Tinubu.
