The Registrar is a Magistrate not a Judge and can never be next in line to become Chief Judge. The position of a registrar is purely an administrative position where the Magistrate is appointed to focus on administration of the lower staff of the judiciary and procedure as may be advised by the Chief Judge and Admin Judges (usually 2 admin judges). Magistrates, and by default the Registrars and Chief Registrar, are subordinate to all Judges.

The Constitution does not say anything about that. The rules are stated elsewhere. An E-Commerce Start-Up located in Maryland, Lagos requires the services of an Operations Manager/Consultant to set up core of operations of the business. This is a part time role and is on a 3-month contract basis with the possibility of a renewal.

Job Requirement/Terms of Reference:
1.Establish internal processes that will drive overall day to day business activities.
2.Establish and oversee core external relationships with third party service providers crucial to the growth, success and efficient operation of the business
3.Create relevant departments in conjunction with the Admin & HR Manager forming the internal core of the business
4.Work with the CEO in creating and implementing market entry strategy
5.Drive the initial growth of the operations department and ensure all internal processes and external protocols integrate seamlessly.

Qualifications
