Politics / Re: Nigeria Twitter Reacts To Obanikoro’s Funky Campaignslogan “#korobucci” by BOAR: 11:46am On Sep 21, 2014 |
barcanista: I can't believe that this is the same "Koro" that once had potential of greatness. He has been totally transformed to complete mediocrity. SOLEP is no longer working again. It is a shame that it is the same Koro that performed well as LILG Chairman, and was fantastic as Lagos State Home Affairs commisioner. His 2007 campaign was even manageable(at least he had manifesto) and came third behind Jimi Agbaje and Fashola (in that order) in the political debate. Koro now has no manifesto, but adopting Jona's "I have no shoe" style. What is korobucci? Of what significance is it to the administration of Lagos State? What makes him think that Administration is an "entertainment" business? He better signup with a music label and stop denigrating administration of Lagos State. This is pathetic and an embarrassment to say the least. He has outsourced his campaign machinery to his children who are more into hip hop crowd. |

If u think nothing dey happen, when things begin dey happen don't say u were not warned. LAND BATTLE IS A SERIOUS BATTLE. Stop schooling the boy. Let's just enjoy his comedy, free of charge. |

berem: I totally disagree with you. You are not an Igbo hater in real life so I don't take your words on nairaland seriously. Same applies to others. The Ibos I see and meet in real life are in pole different with the ones that insult people here at the slightest chance. But there is a way this kind of thing simmers into the society. |

berem: It is only on Nairaland I see such anger and frustrations. Nothing of such is happening in reality. Last time I checked,Yorubas and Igbos are still living peacefully in Lagos and other southwestern states and no one is threatening violence against each other. Nairalanders are not ghosts nor aliens. Altercations like this on the Internet will eventually find meaning on the field one day. 1 Like |

berem: the hidden strategies that are going to be used by PDP to win Lagos. Lmao! Unfortuntately for PDP in lagos, there are more APC members in PDP than you will ever know. Can't you see the unending and perpetual crisis in Lagos PDP? APC is far ahead of PDP in Lagos When it all implodes to tribal stuff, you will see there is no difference between a PDP and APC member reaction to Ibos. |

customized13: Contrary to the believe most people have, not every yoruba lagosian supports APC and fashola. A large chunk of them believe fashola is a fraud, I have family friends who detests fashola and they are yorubas. Its not gonna be easy for anybody If an igbo gubernatorial aspirant emerge in lagos, it won't be sure for anybody under a transparent condition. Yorubas on this forum should stop planning to kill igbos in lagos, that's what they have writing in yoruba........thanks Why would Yorubas kill Ibos in Lagos, when Ibos are 70% of the population? 2 Likes |

KIRIJI: I also noticed that too. They became politically vociferous immediately Jonathan became the president. It seems Gej's presidency has given them some sort of confidence Their seemingly ownership and lopsided presence in the GEJ Presidency is all that is giving them such self-destructive ambition. I'm sure, it an audacity that other Nigerians can endure for four years, and let them repeat such after GEJ tenure. 1 Like |

sandijey: I am just afraid that when the spirit of oduduwa is awakened. People like my family who have lived in lagos all our lives but am half yoruba anyway, would not be persecuted. One day, the trouble this people are looking for will materialise. This is how kano riot started. Seems some people don't learn from the past. The few remaining in Feb 2015 will behave. 1 Like |

chinazalized: I know how yorubas go about their lives too by engaging in agberoism and so on. Your point is baseless, how can you sit @ the comfort of your home and expect to know how many igbos has a voter's card. I think all igbos should let you know when they are going to get their voter's card. Your point is irrational. 2015 is about 6 months away, you will come and give us the usual excuses why your Okoroji performed woefully. #Delusion |

chinazalized: seriously, I'm not insulting you, all I said was that the question is stvpid and not you. How can you be asking me how many igbos have voter's card in lagos? If you know how Ibos go about their lives in Lagos, you will know it's a foolhardy decision that is just sheer waste of energy for Ibos to be talking about any elective post in a state like Lagos. BTW, he is not the first. APGA has always field an Ibo candidate. |
Politics / Re: An Igbo Man Running For Governor In Lagos State by BOAR: 10:08am On Sep 21, 2014 |
chinazalized: And how many yorubas have a voter's card? What a stvpid question, mtcheeeew Don't insult and get edgy. Put your thoughts across like a same person. When you insult on a forum like this, it shows how inadequate you are. There is Lagos Central, Lagos East and Lagos West, what is the spread of Ibos in those districts? |
Politics / Re: An Igbo Man Running For Governor In Lagos State by BOAR: 10:06am On Sep 21, 2014 |
chinazalized: if APGA eventually fields an igbo aspirant, igbos will not vote for PDP. 95% of igbos will vote an igbo in lagos, trust me. It will be the yoruba votes that will be divided between APC and obanikoro (PDP). How many Ibos in Lagos have a voter's card? Laogs has three Sentorial districts like any other state, what is the Ibo population in these three senatorial districts. You people don't even live nor know Lagos. |
