He said he got a phone call on Friday inviting him for another interview this coming Monday.

This is not entirely correct. The next stage which is the 4th stage is an Interview Chat with the Executive of the Division which you are applying into(This requires all of your presence - Spirit, Soul and Body. Lol). This is actually where the final selection is made. After this is then the psychometric tests and a phone interview from a consultant in South Africa(which does not require your presence) to determine your level of emotional intelligence and map out ways to improve on it while you're on the job. Also Note that It is after the psychometric and phone interviews that you would get the congratulatory call.

She only said it doesn’t require our presence and didn’t disclose what the next stage is about but someone that passed this stage last year stated he got a congratulatory email after this stage for scaling through the selection process and was invited to an online psychometric test.

No, I wasn’t. Did great at the group discussion, presentation and interview but I think my PSENSE wasn’t good enough and wrote about 250 words in the essay, maybe that’s short for them as well.

Yes it's written. But with online, you don't need to because you can't add additional pages. So I don't think it's that important. You can account for that your letter to the VO.
