In providing succour for some residents as a result of Coronavirus pandemic in Oyo State and Osun State an Agricultural Foundation, "Agricultural Social Entrepreneurship Foundation" (ASEF), a subsidiary of "FarmKonnect" distributed food items worth thousands of naira to over1,200 families, to cushion the effect of hunger on people during the partial lockdown in Oyo state and totally locked down in Osun State.


The distribution of the food items was done on April 1st and 2nd 2020 at both state Ministry of Agriculture,


In Oyo state 500 of the food items were received by the Executive Assistant to the Governor on Agriculture, Dr. Debo Akande and the Commissioner for Agriculture, Mr. Ojekunle Ojemuyiwa.


On Thursday the Commissioner For Agriculture and Food Security in Osun State Hon Adedayo Adewole also received 600 bags of food items on behalf of the government and additional 200 items were distributed by Farmkonnect in the two states


While speaking, the founder of Farmkonnect and the ASEF foundation, Mr. Azeez Oluwole observed that the gesture became imperative at this time, owing to the negative effect the restriction of movement might have on the people, especially those eking their living through daily earnings.


He said: "In this period, we understand that the partial lockdown in activities will affect some households. There are some people that are daily earners and it might be hard for them to make both ends meet. That is why we thought it fit as a company and using our resources to give back from the little we have to 1,200 families in Oyo state and Osun state

Worship Kulture, a contemporary inspirational outreach initiative, dedicated to publishing gospel music to the world, exploring different sounds through various artists. Worship Kulture release the upbeat, crossover Afro-pop, gospel track ‘Farahan’ off their self titled EP, scheduled for April 17 release.


Farahan’ is an upbeat, contemporary Gospel song embracing the philosophy of traditional gospel but mixing it up with cool and edgy Afro-pop beats and rhythms. It’s a song bound to get you smiling and tapping your feet. The song is essentially an ode to how God’s promise is spread to all in the band and the world. Worship Kulture was created by FSC Sanni (a producer/record executive) to promote contemporary African gospel music into mainstream media. Worship Kulture is made up of various artists and producers from different countries and cultural backgrounds such as South Africa, Congo, Nigeria, Zimbabwe and Angola who all worked on the upcoming project titled: ‘Word on Worship’. The lead singers on ‘Word of Worship’ are Chris & Emmanuel. They each bring a unique sound to the project, in both composition and production. The southwestern parts of Nigeria have been enjoying the Laffmattazz therapy from Gbenga Adeyinka for a decade!
It’s been 10 years of unlimited laughter and to celebrate this milestone, Gbenga Adeyinka, has decided to spice things up with this edition of the show.

In an exclusive chat with popular blogger, Sirkenayo, Gbenga Adeyinka, who gave out a car in the last edition of Ibadan’s Laffmattazz revealed the following.

“My brother Kenayo, we are coming back with a bang this year bro.  It’s been 10 years of Sharing Premium Entertainment across the South Western region of our great nation, Nigeria. To mark this anniversary, Ibadan will be the first city to set the pace and enjoy what my team and I have planned.”

The comedian went further to reveal the following,
”it’s going to be action-packed. There will be 5 distinct events to celebrate.

Day 1 will be Anniversary Lecture and symposium with the Topic; The Comedian, agent of change and catalyst for Development *.  Monday,  6th April  2020,  Time 10 am Venue: Mauve 21 event center Ring road Ibadan and it will be free.

Day 2 will be Comedy Master Class. Topic; The Business of Comedy, the Act, Actor, and Account.  Tuesday: 7th April 2020  Mauve 21 event center Ring road Ibadan Time 10 am Gate: Free

Day 3 will be Wednesday 8th April 2020 and we plan to Visit the Motherless Babies Home:

Day 4 is the Feeding outreach for  10000 people in partnership with Kokun Foundation  on Thursday 9th April 2020

Day 5 is the Grand finale and it is the Laffmattazz 10th-anniversary Concert which will be on Sunday 12th April at our usual venue which is Jogor Center.
Time: 3 pm. This is the day attendees stand a chance to win a piece of land.” He concluded.

Starkid is based in Germany and he is a well-known act from the east and he was as given birth to in the 90s.
