Forgive me, I am madly in support of President Muhammedu Buhari second term bid because am a Cross Riverian. In 1999 we gave PDP 100 percent votes and lost Bakassi to Cameroon. In 2007, We gave PDP 100 percent votes and lost 76 oil wells to our neighbouring state, Akwa Ibom. In 2011 we gave PDP 100 percent votes and lost the bid to reclaim Bakassi. That's in 16 years, we benefit the minister of environment( less than three years) Justice (less than a year, I stand to be corrected) power( less than a year) Culture(less than a year). But in 2014, we denied APC, stadium, Cultural center for campaign, and a head teacher of primary school gave them their small open, watering field, In 2015 we gave APC 0.55 percent votes and benefited this much: 1. A Minister of Niger Delta. 2. Chairman of NDDC. 3.Special Adviser on Prosecution 4. Head of service to the federation. 5. Chief Justice of the federation 6. Auditor general of Nigeria. 7. Chief of Naval Staff 8. Chairman Lottery Commission 9. Over 20 chairmen and members of federal Universities and polytechnics and colleges of education in Nigeria. 10. Our only federal road that was a Death trap rehabilitated. 11. Our state headquarters linked in the recent map of rail way. 12. Thousands of our unemployed sons daughters benefiting from Npower program and our primary school pupils who can't afford Snacks to school are now been fed daily etc. The God that I worship and posterity won't forgive me if I don't reciprocate this kind gesture. Thanks so much. - Fred Asuquo Mynd44 these are facts 37 Likes 8 Shares |

RevenGeMission: The governor is no longer popular. Mama taraba took her campaign to takum his home town and the crowd that trooped out to receive her made him loose appetite especially when the day before she came, he held a rally and so many people refused to honour it so.much so he was almost seated alone with his wife on the high table section . The day before the bye election he was in takum and shared millions of naira as he bought votes and then he hired these thugs to ensure he got what he paid for. Here are pictures of mama taraba in takum the governors home town as she came for her rally 1 Like

fallout87: Its clear you lack knowledge of anything. The more the killings in a state the more the security votes that go there. Perhaps you need to ask someone form Benue to explain better to you. Ortom was paying a former boko haram commander 20m a month and drafted the man to head his life stock guards. The FG has increasingly given him more security votes to use and curb the killings but he rather syphoned it and did nothing. Ortom gambled with the life of benue people for money to loot and he did it so well. Recently it was revealed he funded PDP with 6 billion naira hoping he would get a direct ticket to return as governor but so far PDP are not giving this to him so he now gave 640 million to SDP so they can get party structures prepared and well established to receive him I suggest you use your head and not your emotions. Where did ortom get 6.640billion from? 1 Like 1 Share |

fallout87: Wrong again! If you go and check the timelines of the killings and locations all would be clear to you. Also how come immediately Ortom defected to PDP the killings in Benue stopped? Was it magic? PDP need States in the middle belt so Benue was a scape goat for them and now that they have succeeded in making Ortom defect, they called off their hired killers. Can there actually be smoke without fire? 1 Like |

Shelumiel: I will not waste energy in calling you rètarded because you already know you are so I will just say this. That article and my comment is not just helpful to me alone, Its also helpful to millions of Nigerians who had almost forgotten the atrocities perpetrated by PDP under GEJ. It has helped them to maintain their stand that no more are we going to go back to the days of PDP. The days when their pockets mattered more than The people and their looting of our wealth was the only achievement they had in 16years. |

Donald95: A mediator is a peace maker. That is different from saying that PDP is boko haram. Can boko haram ask one of their own to now be a peace maker for them? They were already a part of PDP and being sponsored by PDP as observed by Azazi and only mentioned Buharis name as mediator just to try and rope him in and that was based on the directive of their handlers. PDP killed Azazi for trying to spoil their plans by exposing them as being those behind boko haram |

The killings stopped during the season of defections. The principals of the armed killers in PDP were too busy defecting that they put all their killing agenda on hold. Same way they promised Ortom that the killings in benue would stop once he defects and as soon as he defected, they stopped. 3 Likes |

Donald95: Issues at hand How is Buhari the boko haram master when the late Security adviser to GEJ and by extension PDP declared and I quote; " PDP IS BOKO HARAM " a week later after his revelation he was assassinated. Was it Buhari who you said is boko haram master who assassinated him especially since the focus has been shifted from him or is it GEJ and PDP since they have been clearly truthfully indicted? This man was alive for over 50 years until he made that revelation. That's the issue at hand and last time I checked GEJ is the self acclaimed son of Igbos |

Shelumiel: Will you just shut up. Go And close down the news media from publishing news as it comes to them. OP posted a news extract and you are talking about APC and the problems facing Nigeria. Is Oby Ezekwesili now working for APC? Or is APC the owner of the print media that reported this or are you simply not confused and slowly running mad? 1 Like 3 Shares |

centoke30: The alleged herdsmen issue was politically motivated by those against the ruling party. Their target is the President especially since he is also of Fulani extraction. What better way to discredit a government than to go for the head using things they can link to him in many ways. You then have armed bandits attack and kill Fulani settlements without any provocation and then sit back and watch the Fulanis retaliate by thinking its the villagers that attacked them. Repeat the same thing in 3 or 4 other Fulani settlements successfully and the rest would just be full fledged chaos set in motion. Its a domino effect deliberately triggered for political relevance reasons. If you followed the news you would discover that the alleged herdsmen did not first attack. They were attacked first and killed before every form of mayhem began. So the question is, who attacked them first? 6 Likes |

Sentiments aside, documents say a lot and this clearly shows he violated all known building protocols and deceptively got approval for something else while he built something else. In saner climes his building would have first been shut and if he refuses to make adjustments that would fall within the approvals he got, it would be demolished. Ajimobi in a way did the right thing |
