This one is called joint looting( JL). I can't remember how many MOU signed last 4 yrs yet none is accomplished. Anyway good for them.
A trip up north will convince you. There, government policies are truly about the ordinary people and not just some pot-bellied souls. I come from the middle-belt and feel like slapping my governor anytime he opens his mouth to talk. Northern governors de try abeg. They'll get it done just like with all the other massive projects their predecessors have accomplished. However, if shoprite and a few classy strip joints are the development anyone is looking for, then they'd be disappointed.

On point. I commend the move to look for alternatives and the strengthening of the other non-oil dependent sectors of the economy. We got farming on lock down, let's move on to power. Good news. Na small small.

P.s: If you are from the South West through the middle belt to the far north and you didn't key into agriculture last season, do not miss in 2017.

It gets less worrisome everyday. Guess there's a limit to the effect this pipeline bombing thing has on ordinary Nigerians. We get by.
2017 is fast approaching and for those in non-oil producing regions, if you didn't tap into agriculture this year, you should next year.
Leave the jeep dwellers and their boys to settle themselves whenever they so please.

You have to calm down and understand with some raising eyebrows here. ‎Lol, it's unfortunate that half-literates like you don't understand comprehension. Okay, just to assist your poor IQ, what I mean is this:

To an average Nigerian, north means Hausa/Fulani, and also, when an average Nigerian hear anybody from north-east, north-west, north-central/middle belt speak their common dialect; Hausa, he/she therefore assumes everything north is Hausa/Fulani, which comprises of both Biron, Tiv, Idoma, Nupe, Kanuri, Hausa, Fulani, etc.

And that's how Nigerian politics works: the whole north operate as one north always seen as Hausa/Fulani by other Nigerian regions.

Also to an average northern person, Igbo comprises of both South-east and south-south, that's why if they are protesting or on their usual killing sprey, they kill even Niger Deltans thinking they are all Igbos!

Hope your IQ can now carry it Lol‎

See who's talking about I.Q levels. If you are too ignorant to understand the differences between tribes and geo-political regions, then that's on you and those who were supposed to have raised you better. Don't go making crass generalizations. A lot of Nigerians understand the difference.
Again, you are lucky to be on a forum where idiots are celebrated. So by all means, stick to your guns.

...and don't doubt anyone that tells you that Igbos are a majority tribe in Nigeria because:

1. Igbos entirely occupied 5 states!

People mistake Hausa tribe as a combination of: Fulani, Tiv, Biron, Idoma, Kanuri, Nupe, etc, not knowing that these are all independent tribes united by one dialect - Hausa after Usman Danfodio conquered north!

If you split the northern region into their unique tribes, you will discover that most northern tribes are minority in number when compared to Yoruba and Igbo tribes!

In Nigeria, the most majority tribe is Yoruba, followed by Igbo!

Hausa, Fulani, Nupe, Kanuri, Tiv, Biron, Idoma, etc are all minority tribes answering one tribal name- Hausa!

So don't doubt anyone telling you that Igbo is a majority tribe in Nigeria!

If not for Niger Delta people and their mentality of standing alone due to crude oil, they ought to be called - Igbo just as the whole north is seen as Hausa/Fulani!

And I am sure it was the northern/Yoruba political‎ elites that brought the divide and rule between Igbos and Niger Delta just as US did in former USSR that's now split into: Russia, Ukraine, Cremea, Uzbekistan, etc, which they have been trying to repeat in China!

You my friend, are a waste of sper'm. Imagine calling Tivs, Idomas et al Hausas. It shows you are one of those who haven't traveled beyond 9th Mile. Anyway, thank God you are on nairaland, a place were idiots reign supreme. YOUR IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE.

It was interesting up until you said you didn't join because you foresaw that. You don't have have to wait till it becomes one big successful movement before joining-in lest you fall in the same category as the very people you are berating.

what exactly do you mean by region forcing their stooges? What do you know about NDA recruitment sef. Every state have equal number of cadet admitted. If 15 people are admitted from Katsina, 15 are admitted from Bayelsa. If 20 are admitted from Borno, 20 are admitted from Enough. No doubt connection is involved ( just like everything in Nigeria) But Quota system is strictly adhered to in NDA. You are your likes however just love playing victim all the time so you will still find something more stupid to say

The more reason why I never bothered to reply him in the first place. Most of these folks come from households where ignorance is coveted a virtue, placed on a pedestal and then celebrated serially. It's impossible to reason with them.

Another Mohammeds cry
God why?

You spend your time online blabbing about people who are getting promoted after decades of diligent work and come and ask God why?
Fact of the matter is, if you stay here asking that while others are building themselves up offline, you are going to probably keep asking "God why?" and ultimately die broke and a failure. Get your head out of your ass, there's no group/gang thing going on out there.
Out there in the real world, there are Hausa men doing business with Igbos, Igbos doing business with Yorubas, Yorubas doing same with Ijaws, and on and on and on. All this is taking place while most of you good-for-nothing Nairalnders gather here deluding yourselves into thinking that if you scream hard enough, whatever group you belong to will emerge triumphant and everything will fall inline for you.
You who? Who knows you? A non-entity actively missing in circles where others are busy building themselves up?
It's an individual thing. Even the owner of this forum is making a living by creating an enabling environment where you sons of dogs can gather and haul insults at yourselves all day. ...and I bet he doesn't care if you are Efik, Berom or Jukun.
