So We Asked Rilwayne Questions We Used In Building His Profile. Here's How He Replied Certain Questions We Asked, In His Words
1. May we meet you? Where are you from? How old are you? What's your course of study/occupation?
I am Adigun Rithwan, from Ilorin Kwara state. I'm in my late teens. ND graduate from Kwara state polytechnic, did my Industrial Training (IT) at Skye bank Plc, and on the verge of becoming a permanent staff soon, also planning a Direct Entry to the University of Ilorin.
2. What makes you different from everyone else?
I do away with inferiority complex and comparison, i.e. my honesty and originality i doubt other people have it, and i believe i have a vision that nobody else have. i don't believe in el dorado and glamour, i turn off my data when i don't have anything worthwile to do on the internet, i turn off my TV and put in practise and manifest on my vision, so i believe one day people will turn on there TV to watch me after my vision might have come true. We walk the same path but on a different shoe.
3. What are your goals?
I was asked this particular question during my interview section of at skye business school, though in a different way, i was asked where i see myself in 15/20 years, my reply was that i see myself in the CBN Gorvernor's office, not as a messenger or secretary but as the Gorvernor himself, i forsee my signature on the Nigerian currency.
4. Why do you deserve to be crowned Mr NL?
I've got all it takes goodlook, inteligent, smart, friendly, hardworking etc. Aside all this characteristics i believe my contributions to this site place me on a higher edge that other contestants.
Have been a member of Nairaland since last year june, and i believe i've contributed a lot to this site and i've gained a lot as well.
I've so far created about 80 threads ranging from political issues, religious issues, romantic threads sometimes jokes cos i love making people happy, of which some made it to fp (atleast 30% of them). The science and technology section is not exempted, i've made a lot if contributions to it as well before the NL data loss, 3 of my research on solar bodies which include stars and sun made FP. unfortunately i lost those wonderful articles/threads to the data loss.
Few weeks ago i opened a thread to showcase the many likes i got from my comments on threads so far on NL, you can read it here as well... https://www.nairaland.com/1945448/anyone-ever-broken-nairaland-record
I believe with my little contributions to this site, i stand a chanceto be rewarded by chief seun osewa and MizMyColi, and i think this platform should be reward me. Mr. NL should not be for handsome guys alone, but those who have made valuable contributions one way or the other to the growth of the site...

NO!!! You misquote it. "All muslim are not terrorist but All terrorist are muslim" say a German General. I dont believe they are ALL terrorist because i lives with them, relate with them, go to school with them, play with them. They are just "potential" terrorist(they can strike anytime). They are unpredictable. Come to the South West and see co-habitation among the duo. The SW is the real pointer to "true" co-habiting btw the muslims and christians. So i dont want to believe they are all terrorist. I wont take that my bros. No way! They are all terrorist. Just as you said they are mysterious, we might not perceive it but they are terrorist. |

Islam for Muslims / They(west) Said- We Civilized Africa. How True? by cannonnier(m): 7:47pm On Nov 18, 2014 |
They say we civilised Africa. As if there was no education in that continent.
This is Ayuba Suleiman Diallo (aka Job ben Solomon). He came from a very educated family in the Senegal region. His grandfather converted to Islam and for that reason Job had received education in Arabic and Islamic sciences. He was a scholar par excellence.
He was abducted by European slavers in 1731 and was duly taken across the Atlantic. He attempted to escape from slavery and was caught by his "master". He wrote a letter to his in father in Arabic but instead of making its way to west Africa, the letter ended up in London in the hands of some English gentlemen.
He was bought and subsequently brought to London in 1733 to translate Arabic books. He wrote the Quran from memory, as one can be seen hanging in his neck in the portrait. He returned to his native land, having been freed, to find his father dead in a battle and his wife married to someone else.
Ayub bin Suleiman was one of the very few slaves to return home after slavery and was indeed one of the even fewer who were educated enough to free themselves. Islam had enabled Ayub to be firm and never loose hope, as he never lost his faith.
The Oxford University Press published a biography of Ayub authored by Douglas Grant. Islam gives hope to the Africans today just like it did to Ayub then. Please help us bring Islam back to the people of Africa for greater education, harmony and peace. 1 Like |

pekeyim: Interesting development
How trained are the civilian JTF?
How armed are they?
Who will coordinate them and ensure they are not infiltrated by these Haram guys?
If You were in Borno State will you send your Kids to school based on this News? Never! Not even if it is the army guarding the school. Btw. How will someone concentrate in school while in constant fear of being attacked by mindless terrorist while being guarded by armed men outside his school premises. In fact the presence of armed men will bring more fear than calm in the mind of the students. I think school should be suspended till all terror activities has been curbed and dismantled and calm restored. The Government can do Better. 1 Like |

lagtech: We thank all our customers.
We are addressing all complaints and daily seek to improve our services. We understand the frustration that occurs when an item that is due to arrive in 2 weeks is not on ground 2 months after-it is not the best and we are going to ensure that we provide a lasting solution to this.
We have delivered items to most of our customers within 6 to 14 days and this really is our goal-but the location of our State in the USA coupled with other factors means that many times arrival dates are missed. This is one reason why for over a month now-we have declined many orders -so that the backlog does not become overwhelming. We want to assure everyone that what you paid for-you will get.
And to our importers-we have never forgotten that when you make money-we will also make money because you will come back to order again. When are services are not to your expectations-you wont return and we will loose money and customers. Thus it is in our best interest to ensure that we keep you happy. Please bear with us in the next few days and weeks as we resolve these logjams-better days are already here.
And for all laptop importers-our promised bonuses will be delivered as promised.
Any item ordered will be delivered. Any refund requested will be made. We will climb mountains for our customers, cross rives, battle lions, slay dragons, swim oceans and if necessary we will go to the moon.
Happy Sunday to everyone. I want the heart and a right eye of a dragon. If you slay one please reserve and contact me ASAP. Thanks and happy week end. |

is that quote from Ahmed Diagre? We are researching the origins of the hausa.
but i appreciate your comment and insight.
who conquest hausaland? and who bestowed power on the fulani?
Wan North Wan Nigeria
Islam came to North through Muslim traders probably during the umayyad and was well established in the kanem empire(burno), the later conquest was by the kanemis. But some scholars argue that it was a joint conquest, i.e kanem and umayyad. If you seek the origin of hausa, you will have to go too back in ages and most likely you will end in contemplation. 2 Likes |

Mortiano: what do we gain in calling our presidents names, past n present, as if the names do affect them, even when our so called messiah come on board, definitely, we are still going to call him names. let change our mindset Nigeria, let learn how to praise and not to cause our leaders. believe u me, it has direct effect in our leaders, let learn how to bless them than cause them, as they say, their is power in the spoken words. Let change our mindset nigerians, and shun bitterness. Since i have been in this Nl, i have never see a thread open without calling the leader of this country names that we cant call our fathers. we elected him, calling him clueless n so means that we ourselves are the most clueless of all. It is time to change our mindset, bless rather than cause. #teamchangeourmindsetnigerians# AMEN |
