Hello people. Did anyone here fill a survey from British council in May asking for our preferences on when and how we will take our ielts exam which was canceled because of COVID19? Have you gotten a response from them on the new dates? they were supposed to get back to me before the end of may but till now I have not heard anything from them. 1 Like |
Religion / Re: Sudden Disappearance Of Objects by CaptainAfrica: 11:23pm On Apr 08, 2020 |
delishpot: Bro trust me, this issue goes beyond that. There was a time I was looking for a car key. I checked the drivers door compartment, checked the whole car and I didn’t see it. I went back inside checked the whole house and didn’t see it too only to come back to the car and see the key right in the drivers door compartment where I checked before. At first I thought maybe I’m not seeing well or something. I was shocked. |
Religion / Sudden Disappearance Of Objects by CaptainAfrica: 11:10pm On Apr 08, 2020 |
Hello people. What I am about to say is mysterious but real. For some years now, I’ve experienced several incidents whereby I misplaced certain valuable things to me such as my phone and diaries under strange circumstances. Usually I think that maybe I am just very forgetful and careless but on further probe, it’s seems as if these items just disappeared. I will check and check around and will not find the items especially the valuable ones and it is very painful for me. Till now, I have misplaced several things that I have not yet found. This phenomenon does not affect items that are not valuable to me. Has anyone experienced this issue or knows about this issue and what I can do to stop it? |
Romance / Re: Share Your Weird Or Strange Experience With A Girl by CaptainAfrica: 3:40pm On Mar 18, 2020 |
There was a time I was in port harcourt and I went to one local restaurant which was near a brothel to eat. If I remember correctly, I think I met the girl already in the restaurant eating so I told one of the waitress in the restaurant what I wanted to eat while I sat down and waited. I as was waiting I just looked at this girl next thing, I was so sexually aroused towards the girl that my 3rd leg was already on a standing ovation and I felt like having sex with her right way. Funny thing was that the girl was not really looking at me face to face like that and there were toddlers around. I got my food and started eating yet i was still feeling sexually aroused. When I finished eating I just walked up to girl and tried to chat her up. she just told me "if I want I can sex her" I was really scared and I just summoned strong will to leave the place. One of the waitresses there apparently saw all that happened and as I was leaving she just laughed at me. 16 Likes |
Education / Re: Doing MSC After MBA by CaptainAfrica: 8:53am On Mar 13, 2020 |
PatrickOkunima: Thanks for your response. However my concern is for those that have already done the MBA and not those that are still deciding. Remember anybody from any field can do an MBA but to do an MSC, you usually have to have an undergraduate degree related to the field you want to do an MSc in. |
Education / Doing MSC After MBA by CaptainAfrica: 7:12am On Mar 13, 2020 |
Hello everyone. Please I need your advice on this issue particularly if you did your MSc after you did your MBA or you know someone that did so. From the little research that I have done, it seems that what most people do is that they do their MSc first before doing an MBA. However I need opinions on those that did the reverse. Was it worth it for you in your career? Why did you do your MBA first before MSc. Thanks. |

Rextizzle: If you can stay longer sure you can beat the language barrier. I didn’t have much time to stay there. I went there mainly for a brief training after which I had to jet back to Naija. |

I have travelled to Brazil and I spent some time there and I can confidently say that what the OP said is true. I’m not talking about Skyping now but seeing them live. I went to some nightclubs during my stay there and I saw their girls..mehn! I have never seen women so beautiful and hot like that before in my life till that time. I tried to toast some of them but sadly they don’t speak English. I had to use a bilingual person to have a little rendezvous with one of them.lol! Very few indigenous Brazilians speak English. They only speak Portuguese. |
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by CaptainAfrica: 4:02am On Aug 24, 2019 |
bukky18: I’m a new person here who has been reading posts but your post interests me so let me try and give advice based on my knowledge of business management. If a business is not registered, it is not a separate legal entity from the owner hence I think you can use your National ID card or international passport in lieu of the CAC registration documents you didn’t have that time as long as your ID or Passport was valid during that period. You can explain this in the LOE. But I’m not sure if this will be acceptable to the VO though. 1 Like |
