Proper Management: This for us is as important as the two listed up there. Proper management in piggery is one thing you cannot overlook as pig neeeds to be well taken care of to ensure their growth and well being . this involves taking proper records, giving the necessary medication, ensuring proper standards is kept and above all, observing a strict bio security.

Our farm is located at Remo In Ogun State .

First here are Three major important factors you need to consider in Pig Breeding
1. Good Breed
2. High Quality Feeding and good ration
3. Proper management

1. Breed: There are so many breeds of Pigs but the most common in Nigeria are large white , landrace, Duroc and Camborough. Good and exotic breeds In their pure or hybrid form give you a better FCR (food Conversion ratio) compared to local breeds or low quality breeds.
we have imported parents for all the breeds
2. Feeding: Another important factor is the feeding. Pig feeds are mainly divided into Energy, Protein, Vitamins, Calcium , Fibre etc
Examples of Energy sources are : Maize, Cassava, Cassava peels, etc
Protein: Soya , GNC (Groundnut cake), groundnut etc
