Maintenance wasn’t ticked and her spouse has been running the account for more than 28days now. They need to apply early because of the COS. Should the spouse still write a consent letter since they’ll be applying and traveling together? Thanks

Hi dear. For you to apply for priority, it means you would get a feedback in say like 5 workings days. I am sure your dependents applied on standard, which means they would be getting a response within 8-15 working days.

Good day house, please a quick one. My cousin and her partner are in the process of filling their uk visa form. My cousin is the MA. Is it possible for her to submit her husband’s statement of account as pof since the visa form indicated that she submits POF as part of the documents needed. She’ll be applying with her spouse. sponsor can provide u accomodation like one room that is not suitable for a minor in line with uk law...they may also asking for arrangement of care u have made simce bith u and wife will be working.... just relax...they may ask and they may not ask..

Thats not what i said....letter of maintainance that ur company will sponsor u is different proof that u have provided adequate care and accomodation specifically for ur child(not for u or ur wife).....they have been asking it these days from those traveling with minor....

She's the Major applicant travelling with work visa and her COS maintenance was ticked yes,

I know someone who got this email for his son. He did priority and has gotten his visa with the wife.

Its been 1 month now, they have sent paid mail but the response is still awaiting decision.

Yours might not take long.

Just be patient and be optimistic

It might not be the same caseworker that processed u and ur family's visa... u just have to wait....they may still ask more question.... like for u to provide proof of suitable care and accomodation for ur child....

Good morning everyone. Just received a collection email this morning ,but my dependants are yet to get any email either brp or collection email. Though we applied same date but mine was priority theirs wasn't. Please is this their normal procedure because I'm worried.
Additional documents were sent for my son birth cert, pics etc and my wife received only NSF only.

Arrived the UK Yesterday it was a delightful experience. I feel Happy again for this journey So far. When I got to London Heathrow Airport before connecting to Glasgow the Border security was like what are you here for after giving him my passport I said work he then asked can I see your documents I was likely shey this one dey mad ni? inside me while smiling I showed him my appointment letter for a medical fitness test he still said let me show him other documents and communication I had with my employer I Shar showed him my offer letter in my mail while looking at it he asked me which organisation I said NHS he finally asked what was I doing in Nigeria before coming I said worked in a hospital and mentioned the name he then stamped my Visa. Well the rest is history now as I have settled pretty well.

I have been with my partner for almost 13years now but we are just married traditionally.... I submitted every true documents we have and our kids birth certificates carrying both our names, chats, bank transactions between us, photographs, sworn affidavit of change of name, newspaper publication, sworn affidavit of traditional marriage, yet I got this mail below.

Please if you have gone through something like this or have an idea of what else I can do as we don't have a registry certificate, kindly give your input too. MA is in the UK already so we can't even do a sharp sharp registry marriage

No need for pof if maintenance is ticked. And don't submit ur care certificate to the embassy o. It was your employer who needs it b4 they gave u the cos. Don't go and cause gbege for ur application by submitting care certificate like one person did by submitting auxiliary nurse certificate of 12 months to the embassy and she was denied .
