 Ensure interactions are recorded and accurate in all donor accounts for any interaction with a donor (whether phone, email, and other correspondence). This includes recording remittance of payments, income tax receipts, and appeals.
 Ensure knowledge and understanding of all Business Rules and follow accordingly. This includes policies and procedures such as, but not limited to: major gifts; response times for various activities; records retention; tax receipts; joint giving; gift acceptance; etc.
 Upon discovery of errors, process appropriate adjusting entries per business rules and/or escalate as appropriate.
 As required provide donor income tax receipts per donor preference and within business rules and CRA requirements.
 Assist DRSs with correspondence, email, web, social media inquiries and returned mail, when required.

For the POF, I am expecting some funds from a family member. The transaction will be done through a bank transfer and deposited into my savings salary account. I plan on placing the funds in a fixed deposit account and attaching the fixed deposit certificate as well.

Essentially for my POF, I will be submitting:
Bank Reference Letter
Bank Statement
Gift Deed
Fixed Deposit Certificate

Just wanted to make sure that this is ok as evidence for POF.

There has been a lot of confusion surrounding the recent Executive Order on immigration signed by President Trump. The only change that affects our Nigerian visa applicants at this time is that Dropbox renewal is only available to applicants who previously held a visa in the same category that expired less than 12 months prior to the new application.

Thank you for your clarification. How about if my last visa was not issued in Nigeria, do I still qualify for the Drop Box Renewal?
