i have asthma too but i dont use ventolin. i use garlic. get garlic and remove its skin. you can swallow it or chew one reasonable size of it. believe me, it is very effective in asthma attack and control

How to reduce your BP naturally without drugs

1. Rest and sleep properly , no late nights
2. Exercise daily for 30mins
3. Reduce weight and avoid fatty foods
4. Always bath with hot water as it increases the flow of blood in your vessels just like exercising or put your feet in a warm water
5. Avoid alcohol and smoking
6. Get a BP machine for regular check
7. Take your BP medications as prescribe by your health adviser
8. Don't argue with stupid people cuz it will rise your BP.

Again it depends on when you took the reading. Try taking your BP again around 9am and compare.

LOL. moimoi is not something i eat everyday and i dont take the drug everyday. i only take it when i eat it. so, no cause for alarm

any time i eat moimoi or beans, i do have runny stomach. the best way to avoid it is by taking flagyl immediately after the meal

i take the drug because i want to be able to eat well. since i stopped taking the drug, i do sleep well. so even when you stopped taking it, it will not have any negative effect on you. if you cant sleep at night, try go to the hospital to have your blood pressure checked. high blood pressure can cause inability to sleep at night
