Going to America is for the selfish and irresponsible. A responsible nigerian will stay in Nigeria thru thick and thin to contribute to it's development. After all what is a lifetime of one person in history ? Only 60 or 70 years and I would rather contribute mine to nigeria than to America. The prophecy simply said a boy born at the end of July will defeat the Dark Lord. What Snape didn't wait to hear was if this child is a "True blood" or a "half blood"
Two children were born at the end of July and they're Harry and Neville Longbottom who's a True blood.
Which lead Voldemort to think it was the Potters but I reckon it wasn't even Harry Potter to begin with but that's how the story
was written so it is all good.

At the end of it all. He was just a scapegoat for Dumbledore. Sure he ran his mouth about the prophesy(seeing as he didn't even hear the whole thing)
He ran to Dumbledore and begged with tears in his eyes for protection for Lily. Dumbledore now used his love for Lily to make him sorry for my language
his "b1tch"!

Okay sure Snape wasn't a saint either. He's a bully to the students esp Harry but imagine if you were in his shoes? You didn't have friends.
The only girl you ever loved and who was a friend ended up with the "jock" who bullied you all through school. So why did the bad guy even get the good girl
in this story? J.K Rowling if I ever meet you eh! You have something to answer for.

Even with all of these dude stayed in love with this woman. Protected her son even though there's nothing in it for him.
He didn't even get an "Avada Kedvra" death. He got a slit in the throat followed by Nagini biting him. So really who got it worse?
And even in his final last breaths; He still wanted to look once more into the eyes of the woman who he's always loved.

Spoiler alert ( Well, if you've read the book then none of these would be a spoiler at all)

WOW! What an emotional roller coaster. After all these years, we finally see it all play out.
In the first part we see Hermione's strength and how all those years of studying paid off.
I think in this one we get to see Severus Snape and his deep love for Lily play out. Hands down my favorite
character from day 1! Even though his complex personality didn't all make sense till the last book.
The scene where he holds Lily after her death and cries will touch your heart. Even when he told Dumbledore
" I told you to protect her" The pain in his voice as he cried. The scene where he sends out his "doe"
and Dumbledore goes " Lily? after all this while?" Snape goes " Always" Now that is LOVE!

At the end is was very well done. Perfect ending to this epic tale. Longbottom we got to see him show his strength and bravery.
See Ron and Hermione kiss. So many beautiful scenes like when Professor Minevra said " I've always wanted to use that spell"

Ah I loved every bit of it

Well we all know one critic will find something that wasn't right about it so that's cool. I'm not expecting it

I just saw the trailer for IMMORTALS. Pretty good. I hope the movie won't end up being a cheesy or campy flick.

I'm pretty sure a DVD quality is out already. As per Immortals I hope not too.

I haven't seen 'Immortals' trailer yet. But I've seen the trailers for 'Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol' and 'War Horse'. I also saw the teaser trailer for 'Brave'. They were all good anyway.

As for Green Lantern, I'll also wait till it comes out on DVD. The reviews are not encouraging at all.

Yeah don't even wait for DVD. I'm sure good TS copies are now available online so watch it there.

MI Ghost Protocol looks good but I can't remember seeing War Horse or Brave. Will check them out.

With all the reviews of Green Lantern, just decided to wait for dvd copy.  It saddens me though coz GL is one of my favorite heroes.
Yup i saw the immortals trailer a while ago.  My worry (from the trailer) is that Henry Cavill doesn't seem to stand out in it and he's gonna be the Man of Steel!.  Will have to wait and see it to know if he can carry a movie.  I'm still on the fence though with the trailer.  Graphics wise and cinematography it looks great but then it is fashioned after 300.  I have a thing for Green Mythology. . .so i'm hoping it comes off better than Clash of the Titans in that aspect.

You know my own worry it is this:I don't want a repeat of "Clash of the titans" I waited a year for that movie only for it to end up not being up to par at all.
the graphics weren't even good!
I love anything Greek Mythology and I sincerely hope that come November my mind will be literally blown! Also Cavil is relatively unknown when it comes to this genre so I think we "can like" to cut him some slack? Perhaps he'll stand out and more. I'm just being optimistic is all.

That usually indicates commercial success or fan favorite or the promise of it drawing a cult.
My own is that beaver seems to more of the art for art sake movie not a commercial success type or fan favorites.

Green Lantern I watched a good TS copy of it. Rubbish moves! Don't get me wrong that's the type of movies I love watching
but the graphics weren't as good as i was expecting. So much he could've done with the "ring" but didn't.

Have you seen the trailer for "immortals"? I think it is gonna be sick!

Perhaps reading the book will be the way forward because I'm not feeling it at all.
