You just abused me for eriting the truth. Many streets in Aba and Owerri consist of 5 to 7 storey buildings with the ground-floor housing shops. I just don't live there otherwise I can get you personally snapped photos tomorrow.

I totally agree with you on the highlighted but I think Aba is getting better than Owerri going by what's on ground in both towns.

@The pictures above, this is another waterlogged underpass loading. This is not different from the tunnel culvert that was recently closed to motorists due to poor and substandard construction. LOL
