Literature / Re: Who's Your Favourite Author? by Chiz2(m): 1:53pm On Apr 03, 2007 |
James Hardy Chase was exceptionally good in 'this way for a shrug' but his cynicism has gotten 2 me so i'll give Robert Ludlum Sidney Sheldon Anthony Piers Ted Dekker jeff. archer |

Gaming / Re: Silent Hill The Game Or The Movie? by Chiz2(m): 11:03am On Mar 30, 2007 |
i didn't get 2 finish d game ( silent hill 1 ) because a combination of bad graphics and a particularly unsolvable piano-raven-poem puzzle made me 'free' d game. i have 2 say d movie gave me renewed motivation to replay d game since i've always admitted d puzzles were 1st class( this is a tomb raider nut speaking ). so if u can tell me d gist behind that particular puzzle i'll go along and dust up d ol'game. The movie waz great - same story line as d game of 1 but using d mother instead of the father like in silent hill 2 on PS2. It isn't scary as in S-C-A-R-Y but it's got just d right amount of gore. Plus i'll dare anyone 2 say he wasn't impressed/freaked out when d axe-head skined that lady and d part of d girl dancing under d spray of blood waz crazy it's a pity 'bout d end though i really thought they'd survive |

u're right oblivion is totally off d hook but since i haven't played it i'll base my judgement on Elder Scrolls 3 : Morrowind That game is the ultimate adventure but i found i couldn't play it for ridiculous reasons like i spent so much time picking my character that when d game started n' i found i'd made a couple of miscalculations i was fatally discouraged n' d concept of no levels is a killer- u can walk into a cave 10 level above u present stats cofidently only 2 come running out d next second. but seriously, if i can find my way to a well picked character, why not! |
Gaming / Re: Final Fantasy Or Metal Gear Solid? by Chiz2(m): 10:04am On Mar 30, 2007 |
Mgs 4 lif - can naver discount d trill plus d story's fast paced, d cut scenes r out of this world n' best of all, u won't get bored- maybe i'm d only one but d 'strolls' in ff can be frustrating ff is definitely off d top and shouldn't be compared 2 mgs as they'r of 2 diff genres but if i were 2 pick i know where my loyalties lie. D new ff looks great though( d game preview ) |
Gaming / Re: Xbox 360 Elite by Chiz2(m): 9:52am On Mar 30, 2007 |
flawless move - i think they've captured a large share of d market. d elite is d next best thing since u don't have to replace d hard disk that come with it n replace it so u can store lotsa stuff Hey sorry ps3 fans we know ur console has potental but for now well boohoo |

Gaming / Re: Best PC Game Ever? by Chiz2(m): 9:35am On Mar 30, 2007 |
sorry but san andreas won't make my 1st 10 pc gamers n' i'm a gta fan. i think liberty city waz better in terms of story line and even godfather would give san andreas d boot anyday. Personally, i'd pick d half life series - i mean half life waz exceptional ( just check d no. of mods developed from it- blueshift etc) but half life 2 waz nothin short of remarkable in general FPS ratings i'd even back half life 2 against d halo series anyday |
Gaming / Re: Christian Video Games by Chiz2(m): 9:17am On Mar 30, 2007 |
i'd hate 2 have 2 admit it but there's hardly anything bible stories wise that'll appeal 2 gamers - its like we've heard it before n' know d outcome. Also, anything remotely adventurous will be quickly classified as a rip-off |
