heyo!!! i had my interview this morning july5th 6:30am. firstly, i found out about nairaland a month back from a special friend since then ive been going in and out of every part specf. from part 1,2,5,8,9 n 10.. well the tension started 3days ago fasted n prayed den i kept rehearsing all possible questions. Finally today under d rain i got to d lagos embassy at 5:30, was so tensed and cold i kept on shaking about. finally i got in, the woman in window 2 denied 7 people and approved 1 i was like God oh the woman in window 1 was approving. quickly i jumped to 1 then the woman dat was giving instructions told me to go back n sent me to window 2 n i was like winch from my village oh i kept on saying God can God can!! Finally ooh, i was next vo; pass me your passport n i20 me; good morning ma (my smile was bent still shivering but passed it) vo; morning tell me about your program me; well, criminal justice analyzes (cuts me off) vo; look if you give me a rehearsed speech i won't approve your visa so lets communicate n start over me; ok due to my keen interest to some subjects i did in sec skul i intend to become a lawyer n improve d quality of the justice system in nigeria(from my head tho) vo; why dont you just go for a course related specifically to law instead me; i'm very ambitious and do not want to limit my self to that alone thats why i need to study n gain knowledge about how d criminal mind works vo; ok any standardized test me; yes vo; why lincoln me; applied to 3 skuls got admission from all got scholarship from lincoln vo; when did u graduate me;2016 ma vo; what have u been doing since then me; prepared fr SAT, did my admissn processin n learnt some hand skills vo; hand skills like? me; hairdressing tailoring n catering vo; hmm good (started nodding i relaxed a little) did you write jamb me; yes (shocked) vo;your score me; 220 vo; any admission me; yeah 3 vo; mention me; oau, oou,Ilorin vo; do u av siblings how many are u guys me; yes 4 vo; who's your sponsor me; my dad vo; occupation. me; naval officer vo; are your parents abroad me; no here in nigeria vo; have u travelled bfr me; no vo; are u the first child me; no second vo; ok m gonna approve ur visa pick it blah blah i went blank carried my white paper i think i said thank u walked out didnt know i was holding in my breath n as i exhaled out tears of joy came out from nowhere i'm still pinchin myself to wake up but this is reality. i want to thank God, chinwe, nairaland as a whole, adewoti who i disturbed from his sweet sleep late last night again fr a quick interview n texrem i know netwrk bleeped up but thanks for your effort. please prayer is the key has been the key and will remain the key. have faith please be calm they would have sent me back cause i wasnt calm anxiety fa but i went with grace n favour dont cram or give rehearsed speeches like i wanted to try to communicate n be sincere in ur answers people aint the same d questions wont always b the same Btw; the girl behind me that was moved to window1 instead of me got denied.. please pray have faith believe trust in his mightiness dont doubt dont b like CAN GOD DO IT? but be like GOD CAN DO IT!!! finally gonna sleep with peace Goodnight. 23 Likes 2 Shares |

[color=#000000][/color]good day everyone. i am quite new to this forum but trust me i have gone through previous post from part1 and this trend has really been helpful. i am an undergraduate student and my interview is fixed for july 6th any further advise from the guru's in the house. |
