Why won't they punish us when WAEC is busy issuing Attestation Certificate with home delivery service.

Wait thats more expenses na!!! What nonsense
Jasmine17:

Read it well. The body must still send the result in a stamped, sealed envelope. Thats no 1.

Then you will obtain a scratch card and send too. Thats 2.

I wonder why WAEC cant include the scratch cards in the initial mail. Why must it be the candidate that sends it?

Very stupid people...to be sent by courier? it'll still be cheaper than the 20k+ anyway.
Jasmine17:

Seems WAEC has stopped verifying confirmations sent from WES.

WES just added the quoted requirement as part of the things to be sent for evaluation.

Stupid people
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by chuckdee13(m): 6:54pm On Nov 03, 2018
dont be offended but how will the scratch card be sent? this is great news.
Satubeee:
Just noticed now that WES updated their final secondary school certificate requirement, they now accept scratch card. Instead of waiting for the body to send result, just buy scratch card and send

I did in IOM lagos and didnt strip to undies either.
olajide21:

Thank. That's my point. I did my Med in Dec. 2017 in Abuja clinic and we did not strip to undies in front of any doc.

I did my biometrics on the 22nd of Oct. It then appeared in my account 2 days later. After it appeared it still kept saying your fingerprints are needed, and not its saying fingerprints not received and today being the 2nd of November is actually the deadline for my fingerprints...please is this a problem?

Yes I have, so go a few pages back and you will see what you're to do. You have to go to WAEC officw in Yaba.
Wokeyim:
Good morning house. I got below message from WES as per my NECO result sent to them. Pls what does this mean, do I have to start the process with NECO all over?
"
"
"

'WAEC Examination Results *Not Accepted

Reason: WES received your document, but it was not sent directly from the appropriate examining body or institution that awarded your degree/diploma.
Instructions: Please ask the institution that awarded your qualification or the appropriate examining body to send your academic document to WES in a sealed envelop that is stamped or signed across the back flap by the appropriate official. If you have already contacted the appropriate body, no action is necessary at this time. Refer to Required documents."

Pls has any one encountered this kind of issue before?
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by chuckdee13(m): 7:59pm On Nov 01, 2018
No they wont...only when a Nigerian qualification is registered.
graceyg:

Exactly how I know it to be...thats y I'm asking the poster to authenticate that post.
Tojued:

It's the opposite. Once you have a Nigerian qualification the WAEC wahala is required.
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by chuckdee13(m): 12:19pm On Nov 01, 2018
yea will do this with the guidelines posted earlier, but the person I quoted was saying that once you have a foreign certificate the WAEC is waived, so I wanted to know how authentic that was. Thanks a lot though.
ontarioissauga:

Arrange through WAEC, Yaba.

MODIFIED How true is this? Because I'm doing course by course now upgrading my ECA, also have a foreign degree but they're so insisting on the WAEC because I faxed my WAEC certificate as others they accepted the rest and rejected the WAEC saying it must come from the institution. Was stubborn, faxed again and it got rejected again. So please how true is this? Note that WAEC pops up once you put a Nigerian Qualification.

Theres a post by darlingdadon detailing the process for WAEC, just search it was on Aug 17. They all have pros and cons. I guess you should go with the one your more comfortable with.
milkytins:

Thanks. Please, have people been getting results from WAEC to send to WES? How long does it take?

For Computer Science degree evaluation, can I use ICES or IQAS? Which one is better?

Been having the same issues. Sept 10 AOR, Oct 8 Biometrics.

I’ve mailed them severally, they assured me nothing is wrong so I’ve let it be. When did you do your biometrics?

Please guys...the IP1, NA, IP2 stages seem blurry now. once biometrics has been requested and done, it should become NA abi? I'm still seeing "your action is required" and "we need your finger prints".

This can't be entire through. The fact that you not have a travel history doesn't necessarily mean you would have a smooth sail and vice versa. All applications are unique and treated based on its own merit.

I have a fresh Int passport as I have not travelled to any country before,

Good morning. Please how do I go about this WAEC stuff with WES? I have faxed them my certificate twice and its been rejected on both occasions.

Thanls for your response. Short time? I thought you must be an EIT for at least 4yrs before upgrading to PE.
cochtrane:

I'm applying for EIT. I don't think you can easily get PE without Canadian experience. Meanwhile, you could get EIT now and work in Canada for a short time before upgrading to PEng.

Thanks @Dizzy007, @smslive2, @Ramj. I've started the WAEC process just to be all safe.
