You have a good profile for Express Entry pool, since you have grand intention to reside legally with your family in Canada, go for EE using the below link:

I'm certain you will attain a great CRS score. Canada needs people like you. Please rush into the pool.

Your application status online will undergo a series of updates as it moves through review protocols. Some may happen only within 24 hours and if you are not a regular checker, you might not even notice. If you just filed, application prompts will all be reading processing. Upfront medicals would read passed after a few days. All normal. Background check now reading processing or pending, will be the second to change. It would read pending at a point and at another point, processing again. When background check reads pending for the second time is when all the security apparatus with IRCC Is happening. When CIC receives word from IRCC is when background check changes to processing again. When you reach this point, you are closer to a decision made on your case. Eligibility review would at this point read, "we are determining you eligibily" Don't read too much into these changes as everyone's changes is different. Best!

Thanks, fam.Tbh, i barely check my application, say, once a week.

Hello,
You need to provide answers that are correct and not based on your assumptions as there are thousands of nigerians visiting and seeking information here!

Regards.

Hey fam, you don't have to sound like I would give out info that ain't correct, intentionally. Infact, I didn't fail to admit that was my first time hearing about a 2months program. Maybe I should I written a disclaimer afterwards. No one knows it all, because if we all do, there won't be any need for nairaland wink
Thank you

You're just complicating issues for yourself. What has your brothers tuition receipts got to do with your application?
Previously you made mention of adding their acceptance letters to your application and I cautioned you about it and now tuition receipts.
Go on okay. Continue giving the Visa officer reasons to refuse your visa.

Later you come here and say your village people are the ones cheasing you.
Also show them your brothers flight tickets to convince them that they travelled to Canada by air and not by foot.

All the best!

I fainted grin

your mum is sponsoring you, yeah? This is the thing, if she can get the money from somewhere else and pay for your tuition deposit, after which she prints her account statement. The v.o would just feel like your mum has multiple accounts, but didn't pay your tuition from that particular acct, which is actually an advantage to you.
P.S: I stand to be corrected, if I'm wrong

After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
This was the mail I got after 13 weeks. Any advise from on the house how I can tackle the reasons stated here? Thanks in anticipation
The documents submitted are:
Sponsor's SOA showing about 10M cash inflow
1st installment payment of tuition
10k CAD living expenses (bank draft)
A future letter of employment and deferment
And other cic documents
I put in for a year technical certificate course. Any help please as regards how to go about the next application. Thanks all

I'm sorry, fam. But I keep saying this but u guys won't listen.... Stop applying for a one year program. It's automatic denial except in very rare cases with strong sop. I'm so upset.... Even if Buhari is your sponsor, they'll still deny you. SMH...... Wats your previous educational qualification?

As you know that, she is not sponsoring herself. If her Mum statement of account is printed before the transfer of funds, how is it going to appear on the bank statement that she truly transferred the fund to her daughter for tuition

I don't think it necessary for it to reflect on the statement of account, the relationship between the two is good enough. My opinion though
