Remove the solenoid valve, blow thru it, if air goes thru it, it is bad or erase codes Block both sides of the pipes firmly ( independent of each other) if you don't have the rich code the valve is bad.

so boss.... iv checked the pipes and found out i had leakage from one.... changed it and still get the check engine light with same code after making sure no air leakages... am thinking about changing the sensor u pointed out, but getting it is a challenge.... or is there any other reason am still getting the fuel too rich on bank1 and 2 error

The P0497 code is related to the EVAP purge valve.

Trouble code P2279 indicates that an air leak has occurred on the "metered" side of the intake manifold.

a combination of both codes could mean a leak from the purge purge valve on the intake side. Pics below, it's an easy fix.

apologies... the weak transmitter is on the key right? so all i need to do is get a new key and program it?? because this happens to both the main key and the spare key....

Good day boss. Honda Accord 2005 v6. The triangle light stays on when car comes on. then TCS adds up after car moves to 40kmh. Scan pulls up no codes. Please advice. Seeing the yellow light on my dashboard freaks me out.

Bros i have a sumec fpg3800.. serviced last month.. noticed some days back after turning off that there was oil on the ground... opened the tank and found out oil was filled to the brim... turned some out and guaged it.... next day i used it at night. in the morning oil spill on the ground and opned it, oil filled to the brim... is it that the oil rises or what... please advice

Honda accord v6 2005... catalyst blocked and was replaced... car starts up but the engine gets real hot (not overheating). mechanic said gasket leakage.... gasket was changed.... same heat and now oil spills from behind the engine.... now he loosed the bottom plate and said the piston rings need to be changed, that its stuck to the engine.... whats ur advice, do u think i shld change the piston rings and if i do, do u think the problem wld be resolved and the car wld function at least close to what it was or do u advice i go get a new engine....

use a honda accord 2005 V6. vehicle went bad over the weekend, mech said ish was the catalyst.... we changed both front and back catalyst. car comes on now... but after driven for a couple of minutes, jerks... any idea what else could be wrong??
