5. as a pre degree student in this situation, dont have any girlfriend for now
6. always dress smart and fir in case of any emergency to run
7. stop wearing expensive clothes
8. wear multicoloured shirts most times, not plain colours
9. go to fellowship regularly and join a department
10. do not be lousy
11. dont talk to people any how
12. avoid conversations with strangers no matter how sweet the talk is
13. always go on a nice low cut
14. change ur fone if its the expensive type
15. tell ur fellowship pastor
16. get a close freind that is trustworthy and let him always no your whereabout NB: put him to test well before you confide in him and study his movement, let him be the less noticeable type
17. report nobody to anybody
18. dont be too close to any particular girl in school

Health / Re: Tricks For Getting A Flat Tummy! by cosby(m): 2:32am On Feb 11, 2008
this will help,
1. Walk/jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism in order to burn that fat.

2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning. Almonds are one of the healthiest snacks you can eat and the protein is good for burning fat.

3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times per week. Pilates works on toning your entire body with concentration on your powerhouse (middle section) and will improve your flexibility.

4. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs. Foods such as white bread, pastas, potatoes, and white rice should be limited. Eat brown rice and whole wheat bread instead. To get that needed fiber increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially the leafy green ones).

5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum because these products often cause bloating and gas.

6. Perform proper crunches at least 3 times a week to train your abs. Avoid sit-ups because they really do very little to firm your stomach. Sit-ups work your hip flexors more than anything else.

7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. Not only will it help fill you up so you eat less, but it aids in digestion.

8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime. If you have to munch on something, eat a small portion of vegetables or fruit. Not eating late can make a huge difference.

9. Eat smaller meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals per day to keep from having that bloated look and feeling. Eating more meals actually kicks up your metabolism.

10. Take a break from healthy eating once and a while and treat yourself to your favorite dessert. If you completely deprive yourself of the foods you love you'll run the risk of going back to your bad eating habits. Moderation is the key.

hi bro,
thats what am very good at, and thus far i have MCed for about 15weddings thus far, and to the Glory of God, they were superb. what i hear from the couple's mouth most times after the wedding is, "even if your wedding would be in America, we promise to be there" sounds like an appreciation.as per the criteria, i speak yoruba fluently and i can switch well in both languages.
so if u care, i am in.

Family / Re: Your Career Or Home: Which Comes First? by cosby(m): 8:18pm On Jan 28, 2008
well, i will choose career first, in this case as a man. i have my reasons, you can build a good family wen u have a good career, but it is hard to build a career from the family, as aimple as ABC, as per ur aunt, well, i strongly believe that all those types of issues should have been settled durning courtship, some people dont know the essence of freindship, well now that she is in it, i will advise that she do the will of her husband , that doesnt mean they wont still be rich as she wants, two good heads are better than one, whatever fame she is looking for in her being ambitious is all amoney, so she should tread slowly and submit to the will of her husband, prayerfully too, God will direct THIER path cos they are now ONEFLESH.

TV/Movies / Mistakes In The Film '24' (Jack Baeur)? by cosby(m): 4:20pm On Jan 13, 2008
thats the most perfect film i ve ever watched, never the less i watch out for mistakes in films, nigerian movies, i can't count, very numerous, but in 24 i ve got 3, from season 1 to 6, the mistakes were:

1. Jack never ate anything since the time he left dereks hose, the son of the woman that rented apartment for him when he disappeared.

2. How was he able to locate where the secretary of defense's house Heller, to see Audrey Rainnes at the end?

3. This is a question, did he kill himself at the end or looked for Kimberly, her daughter?

ps: post your mistakes too or correct me.

well, am really sorry about the situation, i wouldnt know the type of family the person is from, God is powerful and can do all things, there was a situation like this i witnessed, the person was taken to YEMKEM international in lagos, through herbs the person was treated, and till date, there has been nothing of such, am very serious about this. if the person can go, i am serious he/she would be healed, and the person should put his/her trust in God.
it is well.

Religion / Re: Redeemed Church Opens World's Biggest Auditorium, Costs N7.7b by cosby(m): 1:17am On Dec 17, 2007
PTH,
y talk like an illetrate, am sorry to say, how dare you say such a statement, that is there any place the bible said so so so, , so you expect the church not to have a shelter to keep her people, so they are meant to be in the sun and rain wheneve there is a service, the auditorium is needful and you have to mind the way you talk because i doubt if you ve been there your self, don't let people mislead you so that all you say is not charged against you, come to think of it, do you even think this place you are talking about is enclosed like a big house or something, all this is there is just a covering, thats all, nothing too flambuoyant or extravagant there because the pastor Himself is a prudent man, there was a time he even said, if he dies and they bury him with a very expensive wristwatch, he said he will come back to life, sell it and give the money to the church, in the last programme that was just concluded, did you ever see him on a suit not oto even mention expensive suit, except for the thansgiving day which was the seventh day, which i know as a custom he wears white suit to round up the occassions every year.
finally, i doubt if you can worship in the rain or sun, so if you can't, that means whatever the church built is justified.mind you, the church is never interested in who has the biggest auditorium, its only interested in having good shelter for the worshipers.
if you arent convinced , i leave you into Gods hand.

majamaja or what did you call yasef,
that was wrong of you to say, do you know how many lives that camp has been a blessing to? many jobless, homeless, once possesed, once afflicted, dejected, rejected, sick, poor,  people e.t.c, the RCCG is a blessing to many lives,if you dont know, i doubt if Dad Adeboye the General Overseer Himself has a car to Himself, everything is Gods, all the vehicles , what you see on them is redeem address, have you ever seen him sitted in a car b4, he sits very humbly and place his 2 hands on His laps.you better dont put a curse on your self and besides, that place(redemption camp)was formally a forest, and if God has no hand in it , it wouldnt have been what it is today, its now a city.remember the threats of demolition, where are the people today, i was even so glad to see the gvernor of lagos state and ogun state at the redemption camp yesterday at the NEXT LEVEL congress, so what are we talking about?
guess you are convinced now and if not, i leave into the hands of God to convince you.
check out the humilty on the face of the man of God
