Please what can help reduce heartburn during pregnancy?

Now my big sis bought a very expensive herbal medicine for me, she said it’s both for infection and conception and will prevent uterine adhesion which cost total 43k. Pls should I treat my infection and not take the herbal? Or should I just take the herbal along with the injection. Pls I guess my mums and doctors here will tell me the right thing to do. I don’t want to make a mistake. And I forgot, I just had 2 evacuation (d&c) last two weeks in one pregnancy/miscarriage. Pls help me���

If u feel u have to take the herbs please wait for 2 or 3weeks after u have used all ur injections n drugs for ur body breath. Secondly,if u r treating staph,ur husband needs to be treated also and during the duration u must not copulate unless u both have been staph free

Madam,u r ok.please stop giving ursef unnecessary headache.Stop creating fear in yourself n that of ur husband.U need to focus on yourself within this 3months(start by downloading an app that helps with mensural cycle;Flo is a very good app.Eat healthy by taking lots of fruits or u take supplements in form of multivitamins and minerals.Lastly,know ur body,ie ur ovulation period n the signs it gives.) so by the time he comes,ur body n mind would have been fully recovered and ready for pregnancy.Dear,3months is just by the corner. Pregnancy loading....

Rosie is so bittered with preshdavid any little thing they do, it gets to u.On the other hand,presh is not hiding the fact that she has issues with rosie n I like the fact she's being sincere.I feel if Rosie truly have nothing against them she should stop playing the victim.This morning she was telling Chris that she didn't vote them and hope she (Chris) sees that she's not the one with issues.i dont understand y she's explaining herself to a friend of your so called enemies to prove a point...

Rosie story is real to me because She didn't rush with Kachi She took it real slow and week by week she gradually changed for him. Rosie is completely and utterly in love with Kachi. If any one is playing a game between the two, Kachi is.

And you say because she doesn't listen to Kachi and that makes her fake? In our own real lives is it so easy to listen and change automatically for even people we're married to? If she was faking it she'd just pretend to agree to everything he says.

I am with Kachi here. I believe 'i love you' isn't a call and response talk. It's just the spur of the moment. You don't always have to respond to your partner's ' I love yous' with 'I love you too'. Something called for that sudden 'i love you' talk, and that's that person's initial call to it. While your 'i love you' is your own response to that effect which doesn't necessarily deserve an 'i love you too' response. At least, not always.

Husby gifts wifey a gift
wifey is excited about it and says, 'i love you, honey'. Husby might decide to respond by saying 'i love you too', or he might just say 'anything for you baby' or just smile. However, buying that gift at first is his own way of expressing his love, while the wife's response at the moment was telling her husband she loves him.
scenario 2;
wifey stars romantically at hubby during discussion and hubby was in the feelings, decided to tell her he loves her. It's not necessary she responds with an 'i love you too'. She might just kiss him or wink or jump on him. However, she was the one who first expressed her feelings by the way she was staring at him while he responded with an 'i love you'.

Here is Rosie feeling insecure and having doubts because says Kachi doesn't always respond to her 'i love yous' with an 'i love you too' response. However, kachi says he does actually respond by holding her waist, giving her a kiss on the forehead or giving a deep facial expression at that moment to digest her 'i love you'.
He feels he doesn't necessarily have to say I love you too always.

Rosie likes to be in control and always playing the victim.she knows she is beginning to loose control on him..Real SMH for her.

Jay, Chidi and Obi are the only guys in that show that i'm sure didn't come strictly for the fame but also in the hopes of snagging their better halves.

Kachi acts like a nice decent guy but it's when they're out of the pad that I'll know if he'll take a a lady 3yrs+ older than him with 2 kids and a northern/western heritage seriously. He seemed especially down with Arnold girlfriend's presence in the house lastnight. Hope there isn't someone waiting for him back home. Rosie on her part is completely smitten and believes she has found the best husband in the world. I hope it works out for them. Love conquers all. I can see why Rosie suffered in the hands of men. She's extremely trusting and naive.

Theresa is completely smitten with Iyke. He always makes endless promises and reassurances to her. But one thing I know for sure is talk is very cheap. There's something very slick and dodgy about Iyke. He seems to want to get the very best from this platform and is determined to deliver the perfect love story. I know the weight of commitment makes even older guys who are ready to settle down still very edgy but with Iyke it just comes easy. He's very image conscious and camera conscious. He hardly lose-guard and it just all seem like a script. He isnt 100% real to me. For them however, the real test of their love begins outside.

Most of the ladies came for the fame too but I know all of them wouldn't also mind getting hitched to their guys for the long haul.

Rosie is only playing the game,kachi is not her kind of man n wasn't even her 1st or 2nd choice.She had no option than to roll along with kachi and like the saying *give a lady time and attention n she is all your* She has grown to accept her cross while in the house. If u watch when they are together,who is always in charge? Its Rosie...I bet when they leave the house the relationship will die a natural death.I once listen to her conversation with ebiobi and meriton,she was telling them the kind of man she is attracted to n kachi didn't even thick the boxes.

please mamas I need your prayers I have being Admitted at the hospital due to PIH and placed on bed rest ,I was told they found traces of protein in my urine and glucose ++ and I am just 30weeks.....I gave birth to my first child at 30weeks through an EMERGENCY c section due to this sane issue and it was not easy at all....glory to God he is hale and healthy....but please mamas I don't want this to repeat itself..please I need your prayers...thanks

I don’t know who needs to hear this but Our God is not dead and he said we will conceive and deliver like the Hebrew women. I had to buy two test kits to be sure what my eyes were showing me.


What we did : Prayer is the key. My husband had low motility that kept on going down and I had pid. We treated for infections and We bought fairheaven motility boost and vitamin c and E and he took them daily and still takes them. Don’t expect changes immediately, rest, take your meds and pray

We cut down on some processed foods and started eating healthy with a lot of water.
The lord who did this for my family will also hear all our prayers. Don’t ever quit. Victory is close Amen

Yesterday, Sylvia asked Rosie if they could swap - Jerry for Rossie and Kachi for Sylvia, Rosie started preaching to her andstarted paying attention to Kachi. Rosie blows hot and cold. one minute she says she will never talk to Kachi or allow him touch her, next minute, she is dancing for him and giving him gists.
Arnold doesnt like Bolanle, just playing along. Last night, he shoot his shot at Rosie. and later Rosie told Louis that if she has to swap, she will swap with her brother Bolanle.
This morning Ebi told Obi that Micheal doesnt like Cherry at all, which Obi concurred.
The only steady ships for now are Iyke/Theressa and Obi/Ebi

Please don't ever try using syringe to pull out your nipple except when your baby is full term and u want to activate labour.

I went to another hospital(Fmc) they said I will be on bedrest till 34 weeks before I will put to bed. Please has anyone experience this?

Don't worry u and your baby will pull through .The baby is almost baked.Since u r going with this option, hope u r closely monitored?.no standing up unnecessary and please hope u've been certified free from infection because it can endanger the foetus and ur womb.The amniotic fluid protects the foetus and that has been compromised,that means there's no longer protection for the baby, so u need to be at alert always.Monitor the baby's movements by drawing out a chart. Make sure your blood pressure,pus and the heartbeat are checked every morning and night.It so unfortunate that there are no causes why water will just leak unexpectely when some1 isn't due for labour,no warning signs or whatever and the worst part is there's no prevention or ammendments.
