I believe we aint perfect, those ppl criticizing denniz attitude gat a much worse attitude problem.....see, despite our imperfections, we can be wat we wanna be, dnt allow that to be a barrier towards ur dream, u can be a better person, and who says he might nt change? We all humans and not perfect, but the glory definitely outshines our weaknesses, at the end we realize how weak we are and rely on Jah's strength! WHOEVA U ARE, GO OUT AND MAKE IT, GO, GO, GO...........GO FIND UR SYMBOL........congratz Denniz......

yemmytcm: JESUS,CAN YOU HOLD ME PLEASE ?(a poem for you)

I've been living on my own, thinking for myself.
I've made castles in the sand, deceiving myself.
Now,walls are falling down,
Now the storms are closing in,
and here I am again,at the mercy of pestilence.

I curse this morning sun,
as it drags me into one more day of reaping what I've sown,
living in my shame.
Welcome to my world, and the story that I've made.
Where one day you're a prince,and the next day, you're a slave.

Now,I'm tired of me,I'm letting go of myself,
I'm gonna step out into the air,
I Hope to fall into your arms,Jesus.

'Cos now,all I need is you,
I've heard of your awesome touch, come lord Jesus,HOLD ME TIGHT.
___ _____ ___ ____ ___

You can also say the simple prayer,"Jesus, all I need is you. Come, hold me tight."

yours in His light,
Adeyemi.
After i finished reading a book this afternoon, i took my phone and opened this thread which i had bookmarked, my eye caught a glimpse of ur poem..........i meditated on it and saw how helpless i am without him by my side! He's all we nid! No more hussling! Its an era of undeniable triumphs!! Thanks Adeyemi......ur a blessing to generations to come.. ..#dancing#

fflamingo: You are blessed....
I was at the occasion yesterday and it was a great speech by the man from bahamas.
You highlight most point through and I must give kudos for you sharing them here again.....
The organizer really tried too
One of his highlight was when he distinguished between personal ambition and dreams........
Narialanders a word "Don not seek success ,seek to become a person of value
None of us came to Earth Empty when coming to Earth we were pregnant of hope, ambition, The World is expecting our delivery
You will never be totally accepted until you are totally rejected .
When you learn ,learn what you know, when you listen you learn what other know

Romance / My Encounter With Dr.myles Munroe by Cutesthunk(m): 2:28pm On Oct 28, 2013
I had a great time yesterday
listening to one of the
greatest motivational
speakers in the world today,
Dr Myles Munroe at Ltv,
agindingbi Ikeja at a youth
empowerment programme
organised by the first lady of
Lagos state. Dr Myles Munroe
spoke to us about the 10
principles for becoming a
successful leader.....but before
i list these steps, i would love
to share a few experiences he
had as a child and how he
discovered he had a mental
capacity for greatness despite
the fact his white (oinbo)
teacher called him a ''slow
learner''...........hmmmm......touchin
Just like any young black kid
over there in The bahamas, Dr
Myles Munroe had a dream to
be great in life, his parents
didnt have much so poverty
was part of the
family.........while in school, he
wasnt doing too well (olodo
rabata), this apparently made
his white teacher tell him
''Myles, ure a slow learner, you
can never suceed..........'' He
went home in tears that day,
mum encouraged him , gave
him a book to read, in that
book he discovered there was
no limit to what he could
achieve, our minds have such
innate greatness that
transcends all the laws of life
and man. (Dr Ben Carson)
Dr Myles started reading
voraciously, he particularly
hinted on reading books
(saying 80% of all he knows
came from books,OMG!!! He
reads 4 books every month,in
the toilet, Bathroom, office,
airport,
everywhere) ,memorised
formulars continuously and
read over and over and over
again(SACRIFICE, DELAYED
GRATIFICATION,this is where
most people miss it,), 6
MONTHS LATER, he
skyrocketted from being an 'F'
student to becoming an A
student. WOW! WHAT
GREATNESS!
Dr Myles Munroe had found
that light --''our minds can do
great things'' He used his,
harnessing the unlimited
capacity of his mind! A few
years later when he had
become very succesful he met
that same teacher that told
him ''you're a slow learner,
you can't go far in life boy!''
The teacher started shedding
tears profusely......he just
couldnt believe it......Now
listen....''DON'T ALLOW THE
OPINIONS OF OTHER PEOPLE
DEFINE WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
IN LIFE............
Here are the 10 principles he
gave for becoming a succesful
leader......
(1) PURPOSE
(2) PASSION
(3) PLAN
(4) PRINCIPLES
(5) PEOPLE
(6) CONSISTENCE
(7) PATIENCE
( PERSEVERANCE
(9) POSTERITY
(10) PRAYER..
Reach for the stars my
greatest friends! There is so
much our minds can do!

SWEET GREATNESS! I congratulate those offered provisional admission into UNILAG (supplementary list).....if u tried and dnt enta this year, please i plead with you, its not the end of the road......there plenty things you should start doing now to guarantee the success of the coming days.........jamb form will soon be out, you could try polytechnic if u wish too and stil try again nxt year, or learn a good handwork that would be beneficial to your finances someday or rather engage in sth to keep you busy(partime courses, entrepreneul classes etc) there are loads of things to do............and most importantly seek the advice of those that know more about admission stuffs, there are little things we think we know but just can't figure out, ask questions, be inquisitive and most importantly, DON'T GIVE UP! DON'T GIVE UP! DON'T GIVE UP! DON'T GIVE UP! GOD CNT GIVE UP ON YOU............RATHER THAN RESORT TO DEPRESSION, BEGIN TO THANK GOD FOR BEING ALIVE! If u can whispher this, Joy wil overflood your soul! THERE ARE PLENTY GRADUATES AND WELL LEARNED PEOPLE THAT HAVE DIED TODAY! Its not of him that willeth or runneth, its of God that showeth mercy! THANK HIM FOR EVERYTHING, DOING THIS, YOU QUALIFY HEAVEN TO ACT ON UR BEHALF! I love you all so much! God bless you! Raise your head up high, walk and stand tall! Pls holla me if you need a broda to talk to or share your problems with, i'l drop my contacts xo we talk.........we will make it togeda.........
