Alright. I just thought prospective buyers should be aware of that, and factor it in their negotiations and haulage.

I had a similar deal 2 years ago. It was a king-size wardrobe and I underestimated the size and I had to pay for haulage twice as the first bus I came with couldn't carry it. It couldn't even come out of the room and we wondered how it got into the room in the first place. Not until the seller remembered that it was coupled inside the room. So we had to call a nearby carpenter to dismantle it inside the room. I hear am that day!...

Regarding the wardrobe, I imagine that the prospective buyer will have to dismantle it in your room, move it in bits to his location and couple it back together in his own room. Right?

I heard about the loan sometimes last April but I ignored it cos I didn't believe it would work.

I later applied on June 8 just to test the waters. I received an email acknowledgement of my application same day.

I've been checking lately to see if my application has been approved but it always shows BVN doesn't exist, even till yesterday evening.

I just checked this morning and discovered that N300k has been approved out of N500k. I've accepted the offer and inputted my bank details.

Also, I didn't receive the usual SMS conveying the loan approval.

Just thought to share this to let people know that they are still giving approvals.
