You can do it at Ikeja High Court OR Ikoyi -Federal High court depend on which is closer to you.

You will need 2 passport photgraph & you can collect it same day within 3 hours - preferably get there early in the morning around 8/9am & it cost btw 1k or 1,500 naira.

Doing on someone behalf: If you engage the service of the so called 'tout' without showing your face before the commissioner of oath to sign. The so-called 'tout' may charge you extra money but if you want to appear before the commissioner of oath to sign, this are the requirement.

- 2 passport photographs of the owner & 2 passport of yours.
- Your mean of identification (National ID or International passport).
- You must be related to the person in names (either brother or sister or parent, etc).
- You will need to sign for the owner.

I doubt if NPC office work on Saturdays.
Also, if u have sworn affidavit of Age before, u may not need another one but if not affidavit is between 250 naira & 1k, depending on your source.
NPC at Surulere charges 3k for the attestation of birth.
U may drop ur e-mail, let me forward the sample of letter required for the NPC, I'm tryn to attach but not done

Did police report last Thursday at alagbon for 4k and then I did my medicals on Saturday at Children's practice.. 12k for consultation and 18k for vaccines making 30k.. was told to come yesterday for the result.. i went and they said something is wrong with the system and i should come back tomorrow *phew*

16k for what? My brother, don't be cheated. The highest u can pay for attestation (and that's for express, within 3days) is 6k. I even paid 4k and collected it within 3 working days. Just go to a Federal high court, do an affidavit for birth attestation, which will cost u highest, 1k, depending on d person doing it for u though. Then take it to d National Population Council with 2 passport photographs.

For those of us above 18years, do we have to go to the federal high court first? i though we'll just have to go to the NPC office at surulere with 2 passport photographs.. please I need an answer

Guys u wont believe what just happened.. i was talking to a tablet supplier i met on alibaba through their so called email address.. she kept asking me which payment method i would prefer(WU, Money gram, Transfer) but i kept waving the question and kept on talking about the product i wanna order for.

Immediately i made mention that the purchase of the 5 tablets i wanna buy will be handled by a friend there in china, she replied me and i quote "im sorry, we do not want to do business with people like you who cant pay us directly. bye!"

90% of the suppliers on alibaba are scammers.. iv talked to most of them. when i wasnt able to pay with western union at a time(before i saw this thread), a supplier even suggested that i send the money to someone in Uk or US so they can help me transfer it to her.. So desperate.

Please do not send money to any supplier on alibaba.. its better to go through a medium like this (chrisvicmall) so they can confirm for u if they are real or not.
