Wigan once won the FA Cup and got relegated the following season. Arsenal is being pushed further down the log every season. From finishing 4th and managing to qualify for ucl, to finishing 5th or 6th, and now to 9 or 10th position. Even in North London, it's almost certain that spurs will finish above Arsenal.
