Guyman02: Killing police and army in Igboland is not a good strategy bro. One, you are inviting a more brutal war against our land by a better armed and hate filled enemy and armed forces. Two, rage filled police and soldiers are carrying out revenge killings on hundreds of innocent Igbos all over Igboland and taking away their corpses without anyone counting the scores. What is the difference between those killings and the Igangan killings? We are only saying use your head. Out think the enemy. Do not compound our problems. 1 Like |

The Bucks were bricking everything today without which it would have been a very close game and Durant would probably have fouled out. Remember he was in foul trouble early enough but the Bucks couldn't capitalize on it because of their offensive struggles. I expect the Bucks to overcome this lull and match the Nets intensity for intensity, scoring for scoring. It's going to be a long series. |

Roland17: Luka has gone cold scoring wise since the first quarter. Not a good sign. I don't think the role players have enough of it in them to close out this game. |

With game on the line only Kawhi is keeping the Clippers alive on this one. Paul George goes missing in action again when it matters most. |

steady986: Approved, except the playing with bums part. The many staccato of injuries and covid protocol suspensions scuppered any rhythm and cohesion this team could have built to make a Championship run. I believe it affected everything, including peaking, psyche, belief and confidence. 2 Likes |

A tree can't make a forest. Dallas role players didn't come to this game. Has the emotions of the playoffs gotten to them? Or is this law of averages coming into play and evening the prior lights out shooting? |

Lakers balling!!! Bullying the Suns at the paint. We must pray AD's legs does not give way o. He seems shaken by that block. |
Sports / Re: The NBA Begins by DeeMain(m): 7:14am On May 26, 2021 |
Write off this Lakers team at your own peril. If they beat the Suns in this series and remain healthy then they as good a contender as any team out there. The longer they last the better they gel. And that spells trouble for opponents. AD just answered his critics. Dude needs external motivation to get his juice flowing. |

Roland17: You've been harping on this ad infinitum. This is a fallacy of hasty generalization. That people don't come here to post simultaneously as the game is going on does not mean they didn't watch the match live. Even at that those that watch repeats or highlights deserve some respect here bro. 3 Likes |

Giannis struggled today. Middleton and Jrue saved the day for Bucks. Middleton showed his game has grown in this game. I hope he keeps it consistent. |

Lakers on free fall. Lebron injured again. Safe to say there will be a new champion in the NBA come the playoffs. |

Great article. Some observations. Some balancing is required. When you list fathers, list mothers too. It's a mental problem and therefore not gender specific. I've had mothers confess to me that they have an inexplicable sexual feeling for their male child, even though they haven't acted on it. When you mention anal sex for underaged boys mention sexual molestation by women on these boys too. These are very rampant and remain largely unreported. 3 Likes |

A40: MPJ. I agree. I took a mental note of him when I saw the young dude do some impressive and gutsy things at the Bubble playoffs. This season the game has slowed down for him and he has come into his beautiful own. I don't blame the teams that passed on him though. Lower back disc surgery at such a young age ďid not look good at all. The Nuggets took a huge risk on him and it's paying off. Lucky them. |

Android17: Before the 2010 Miami Heats there was the Celtics perennial All Stars trio of Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen of the 2007-2008 championship winning team. If you are looking for a beginning that's it for you. And no there is no precedence for that GSW-KD annihilation combo. I also did say it was what triggered this new wave of ring chasing. The keyword is new wave. And yes, I did point out that Lebron is not entirely guilt-free. 2 Likes |
Sports / Re: The NBA Begins by DeeMain(m): 6:50am On Apr 02, 2021 |
Android17: Coveniently, you guys are selectively forgetting that the current wave of superteaming and ring chasing mindset was triggered after a 73-9 GS Warriors, with the then current MVP and 3 All Stars, acquired Kevin Durant, the greatest scorer in NBA history and made themselves unplayable, blotting out any iota of competition in the NBA for 3 seasons and 2 rings until injury scuppered that unfair dominance. Same KD then, same KD now, but no we must conveniently forget that GS happened and start the remembering from the morning Lebron tried to recruit Kawhi. Lebron is not entirely innocent in this melee but guys some balance is good for the health. 1 Like |

aliondo: If Aaron Gordon is fit and in form come the playoffs then the Nuggets will be very competitive come the playoffs. Same with the Miami Heat's acquisition of Victor Oladipo - I will not write off a Butler led team. The two teams have maintained their identity and strengthened their squad with these guys. For the Cippers, it depends on the version of the playoff Rondo they are getting and if chemistry is good with the rest of the team. If Rondo is on fire and solves their protracted guard issues and gels with this team there will be trouble in the West. But guys, the Nets are a scary team already and with their recent additions they are favourites in my books. If Lakers gets Drummond they will be able to compete if they get a fit and in form Lebron back. If AD comes back in form and healthy too then I will say they can match the Nets and I expect sweat and blood if they meet. 3 Likes |
