thANKS SO MUCH for the response i have been able to find out what was going on and this is the explanation There is an upgrade going on there system right now which makes accessing the DStv Mobile service impossible. This upgrade means the introduction of new bouquets which is the Free, Mini and Maxi bouquet. You have the option of choosing and paying for the bouquet that sooths you.

The upgrade will be complete by next week and we shall announce the mode of payment for each bouquet. Thanks.

pls i have been trying to get connected for the past 4 days now on my dstv mobile but it keep saying server not responding retry later it is really annoying   .pls anybody help out if there is anything i am missing out pls explain cos  i am really disappointed in the dstv mobile site they don`t update there site there forum is useless and annoying

pls anybody have a solution to this dstv mobile that has not been connecting for more than 4 days now and i have tried to asked from other users but they all have the same problem,pls if anybody out there have a solution to this problem or a logical explanation pls help out.thanks
