Good afternoon guys,

Well I found out about this thread today while quietly following Canada thread. I have taken my time to go through daad.de, most programs I saw there were showing tuition fee as none. I don't quite understand that, can anyone be generous enough to shed light on this

Good morning. I have a pressing question I need an answer to. Is there an appropriate way to fill the cost of study column? Am I to consider my first year tuition and living expenses or both first and second year?

It is not faster, everything is more or less case specific. Paper application is more faster on the average and more dependable and you get help from VAC staff so you don't make mistakes that often lead to rejections online without help.

Sir, I sent you a mail. Please spare me 5 mins of your time to take a look. Thanks

Was travel history the only reason ticked?

Forget travel history and let's focus on the rest.
Travel history and purpose of visit were the reasons for delay

Hello guys, I got my gcms note few mins ago. Here is the actual reason for refusal. "After careful review of the application and supporting documents provided, program or study in Canada does not appear to be consistent with previous education and employment history. Applicant appears to have limited recent travels which could demonstrate a history of having traveled and returned. Applicant has not provided compelling reason for study in Canada. Unclear why the applicant would incur cost of relocating to Canada to rather than undertake similar course of study in country of residence. Concerns applicant is using study permit as means to facilitate entry to Canada rather than educational advancement. Based on this evidence provided am not satisfied app is a genuine student who intends to complete course of study and would depart at the end of authorized stay. Refused" is there a way to tackle travel history?

You are free to use whichever format that you feel best presents your case to the VO. Do keep in mind though that here is no silver bullet formula. In whatever you do in your next application, make sure that your explanations to the VO are crisp and clear.

I don't think you'd get a faster response because your resumption date is soon; CIC doesn't seem to operate this way in most cases.

Thanks for your contribution. What I mean instead is that my previous application was 3 months old before it got rejected. I am sure CIC must have done some checks. Will that result to a faster processing time?

long post alert

Format of "Letter of Clarification" after insufficient funds denial.
Please do not copy this exactly because other readers will too, and the VO may stop taking letters with this format seriously after he/she has seen it too many times.

Good morning baba thesoj. I appreciate your immense contributions on this forum. I have few questions,I hope you'll be able to find time out of your busy schedule to answer them. I was denied last month based on purpose of visit and travel history. I already ordered my gcms note. On seeing this letter of clarification, I thought to myself if I can adopt same, however streamlined to my situation. Also, my application was 3 months old before I was delayed last time, will I get a faster response this time as I have a winter resumption date? If you can give me tips on how to get a fast response, I will appreciate. Though I plan to do upfront medical. Thanks

Good morning guys, I plan to apply later this month against winter 2018 having being refused last month. Am actually waiting for my GCMS file. As we all know, CIC can decide not to be time conscious at times (I don't pray for that, I want accelerated response). I need urgent info about upfront medical. Can it be done in one day and do I need an appointment?

Hi @deolutolu, No, you don't need your refusal letter to apply for your GCMS Notes. Now, as for reapplication, there's always this urge to reapply immediately after a refusal, but i think it's best to wait a bit for your GCMS notes which will help you to know what the VO thinks about you and how he/she came to the conclusion. Otherwise, it might be a blind reapplication and i bet nobody wants a second refusal, shii could get messy...Lol....My one cent.

I have checked the website, do I need a credit card to apply for GCMS note or can I use my master debit card

Hi @deolutolu; You can use this link: http://gcmsnow.com/standard-gcms-notes/. Once you fill your details and make your payment, they'll send you a consent form to sign and send back to them. It takes about 30 days from the day they acknowledge receipt of your consent form. Cheers.

Please guys do I need my refusal letter to apply for GCMS note. I want to apply asap before my passport is ready for collection
