Ydforlife: When I gave birth, this was the process: 1. Regular visits to the family doctor until time for Oby gyn 2. Regular visits to Oby gyn who sent my information to the hospital where I’d have my baby. 3. Hospital called me with information they received and information I need to know. 4. On day of delivery, went to hospital and had baby. |

wip7: Hello WIP Please do you have details on covid test before and upon arrival in Nigeria from North Cyprus? Is it the same RT-PCR test that needs to be done in North Cyprus 72 hrs prior to arrival? And the covid test upon arrival to Nigeria, what country of departure should we fill? Cyprus or Turkey as Ercan/Lefkosa does not pop up as the option of departure airport. Please advise. Thanks |

Unbin: Congratulations on your PPR. Reach out to the school to inform them of the late decision. Send all correspondence from ircc to the school and make payments for your fees. That way you can register for your courses online if there’s still availability. Better still, phone the school. If this doesn’t work out then defer the admission to January and send your passport for stamping. |

It’s been awhile - just here to share a little bit of light to all those yet to get their PPRs. Never give up. It may seem like it’s hard, endless and dark at the end of the tunnel, but once you receive your PPR, you won’t remember this feeling anymore. For those coming to Calgary Alberta, especially those who have received PPR, feel free to hit me up if you need info or assistance. 21 Likes 2 Shares |

GraciousWords: There are different requirements and eligibility for different schools. The best would be to reach out to the Calgary school board and make your enquires. There are times where some requirements are waived but there are also conditions to be met in order for the waiver to occur. Reach out to them directly and make enquires about any confusion or questions you may have. |

bellong: Thanks, the Medical Doctor is a family relative, its not me. We have been trying to, but like you said it seems complicated. Like I said, we created an account through AHPRA, but could not get pass filling educational history as there was no option for choosing educational institutions outside Australia. i get confused with AHPRA registration and that of Medical Board of Australia (MedBA) https://www.medicalboard.gov.au/Registration/International-Medical-Graduates.aspx. From your experience, do you think the above link is the one for overseas applicants? Thanks kindly advise. |
