Ok, try something. Monitor whatever triggers the vomit. Personally, while in ma 1st tri, I noticed that drinking water while eating triggers the vomit, even immediately after eating, so most times water and food do not go togeda wit me, I also noticed that if I bend my head immediately after eating and try to lie down, I vomit. Just identify and the triggers and it will ease. Try taking a lot of crackers and sugar-free gums. It is well
