I dont know what some of these goons think. You dont go lying to the world that the entire Southeast have been wiped out and lying that Women and Children are being raped and Killed everyday by the Nigerian Army to draw pity
The western Nations all have their embassies in Nigeria, the are daily been fed with info from their Diplomat from Nigeria.
They don't need some jobless folks embarrassing themselves in the streets of London for authentic Information from Nigeria

Your ode is only comparable to your lack of comprehension.

Should I use google translate to post in Yoruba for you?

Daft.

Capital Projects are funded by govt releasing funds to them. No right minded contractor takes a loan to build a govt road or builidng.

It is only contratcors who purchase and supply the govt with inventory and what not that get paid on sighting of the products by a store manager who issues a certificate for payment.

Capital Projects require take off grants before they even mobolize to site and funding is done on the agreed timetable for completion of the job which is broken down in several stages.

You are so daft.

Capital projects are funded in stages and come to halt when funding taps out. This is the reason for abandoned projects.

No contractor finances any govt contract with his money for risk of being owed indifinitely.

No the difference between Capital project funding and debt servicing!
grin grin So its the duty of the FG to service a contractors debt with a bank irrespective of the agreement the contractor reached with the bank?
No mumu.

You an illiterate to consider debt servicing as part of capital projects.

grin grin grin "irredeemable"
Your type perish for lack of knowledge and still refuse to seek knowledge. Its only when a loan is collected that the debt is serviced over time. Mumu! Learn.
Capital Expenditure covers payment for Project Executed which includes Monies for Materials and Labour. If the screws and nuts in your brain are rusty, apply engine oil so it could be opened to let it knowledge

Your intelligence quotient = 0 for saying a school should be commended for fighting tooth and nail to kill staff unionism.
an agbaya spotted, an epitome of our failed educational system. Staff unionism that has improved your stake as a student abi?. when has any ASUU protest been about the welfare of the student?. Even when the staff welfare is improved, it doesn't still stop their selling handout or soliciting bribes for good grades. So schools like Covenant university are doing very poorly without staff unionism right?

I must commend UNIILORIN for going the extra mile by abolishing ASUU completely from its system, Any Tetiary Institution in Nigeria that seeks a meaningful growth and development in its system should do away with ASUU.
Not surprised the Low IQed huge student presence on Nairaland wouldnt commend UNIILORIN for this. but would readily make a joke of this while sitting at home languishing hopelessly in the present ASUU strike.

Is it right for Governor Aregbesola to declear Muslim holiday in a seculiar state? If Governor Okonwa declear Mary Mother of Jesus's birth holiday; how will other religions feel?
OP, dont mind the governor, Go to work and stay till 5.30 pm before you return. Also send your wards to school even if it's empty that day. i am sure this would annoy the governor so much.
Politics / Re: Nobody Can Islamize Nijeriya - So Says The Foolish by diegwu01: 9:15pm On Sep 21, 2017
FSBoperator:
In 2003, buhari was the guest speaker at a koranic recitation competition organised by the then state governor of zamfara (Ahmed Yerrima) who is credited to have only a few years back, been the first governor to re-introduce Sharia law into our polity.

In his speech, buhari demanded from the mainly Muslim audience to vote only Muslims who will continue the advocacy of spearheading islam and sharia across the country.

Buhari also declared his total commitment to the Sharia project across the country.

Not stopping there, buhari condemned what he described as the British crusades that dismantled the Sokoto Caliphate from where Sharia law was abrogated for sectarian laws that have led to the decline of morality among the Muslim Ummah.

6yrs later, Mohammed Yusuf began his jihad to overthrow the secular govt of Nigerian in preference for an Islamic State.

In 2011, buhari will condemn any further military clampdown on Boko Haram describing it as "a fight against the north".

In 2013, the Sultan of Sokoto led the call demanding that the govt must grant amnesty to Boko Haram from where buhari will equate the "struggle" of the world's most dangerous terrorist organisation to that akin to that of the Niger Delta militants stating "widespread corruption" is at the root of the Jihad not minding to tell us which resources in the north the bokos where being cheated out of.

So it came as no surprise when BH named buhari as their chief negotiator with the Federal govt and also explains why buhari has been releasing BH members plus paying them huge ransome compensation.

The buhari govt has also stopped arraigning captured BH members in court for terrorism related charges but has now opted to shipping his rag tag militia of Jihadist to "deradicalization" camps.

Now who in your right mind is behind Boko Haram? Maybe if you consider those who have benefited directly from the Jihad maybe you will be able to connect the dot.

Unfortunately, the Burden is on IPOB to prove to the world that these were their members and were actually killed by the Nigerian Army. Snapping pictures in the Mortuary proves nothing. The Army can easily say they shot no one
this is the reason why all of this should have been prevented from the start. Dying for Nnamdi Kanu is the silliest idea of the century.

The reason why things hardly work in this country.
A lot are happy and comfortable with the status quo and would vehemently resist change.

this is why all government run institutions would continue to hold Nigeria hostage. ASUU, SSANU Electricity workers, Airport workers, et al.
Imagine all the Federal universities were privatized, ASUU would be no more.
