Almost all the girls wey dey follow men/boys/lecturers for school don marry and born children. The ones wey dey single na small percentage. I no wan hear or read kini kon that Nigerian men know how to assess whether women don spoil or not. The pictures I see and looking back at their activities in school say otherwise. At the same, the ones wey bin dey do church church sef don marry. Na small percent wey never as dem dey pursue their business/career.

Romance / Re: What To Do If Your Parents Don't Like Your Boyfriend by Dimaya: 10:35pm On Jul 04
Jeruadamma:
Mosi loved Temi, but her parents didn’t. They thought Temi was strange because he always wore his hoodie, even indoors. But Temi was more than that—he was an artist with eyes as dark as midnight. Mosi’s heart chose him, even when her parents disapproved.

In their cozy room at Ebute Metta, Temi and Mosi painted their love story. The cold air outside couldn’t touch them. Temi whispered promises warmed her soul.

Mosi decided: she’d choose love over judgment, weaving vibrant colors into their shared canvas.

undecided OP, have you considered finding yourself better friends tp hang with instead? Those two you described seem to have drama and lack of discipline written all over them and I wonder why In this hard time anyone would want to busy themselves with such unnecessary dirty drama. undecided

Please do not get me wrong here, I am not in any way suggesting you cut yourself off completely from the drama of life. If drama is really what you love then there are more cleanly written stories out there you can binge online or in other lives that at least boast contain some amount of character growth and even progress. Just that these friends of yours seem to be going nowhere fast and I would not recommend any of them to anyone I know or care about. lipsrsealed

Romance / Re: Do Women Have Expiry Dates? by Dimaya: 10:30am On May 05
Afrobasic:
Once a woman is past 30, she's pretty much expired milk on the dating market.

I have realised that the type of women that made me go gaga in my 20s do not excite me at all in my 30s, and I think it is the same for most men.

I look at these 30 year plus women and shake my head in pity. Not enough men in their dating pool to go around thus the rate of singleness for women in this age bracket is astronomical to the point that some of them indirectly beg you to date them.

Family / Re: Why Are Nigerian Landlords So Greedy And Wicked? by Dimaya: 2:05pm On May 02
tanigororo:
All these property agents are fast becoming a nuisance, they charge almost 50% of rent almost doubling cost of rent, they lie, they determine rent making rent hard for end users, and the most annoying part they are not certified to be a property agent.
Something somewhere will soon disrupt that business for them

most property agents will not enter heaven

Lola Okunrin

All I see is ignorance. People don't realise that donated blood expires after 35 days of refrigeration.

If you donate blood and it is over a month, your blood isn't useful again. Hospital labs need to better educate patients and their relatives to avoid all these insults.
