aremuforlife: Are you in doubt? You may want to be reminded that Lagos has always been the most developed state in Nigeria based on its FCT status for many years Let me even ask you: What infrastructure has the APC government in Lagos put in place since they came on board? How many new roads have been built? how many new bridges? What exactly has been done in Lagos that makes you think its better governed than every other state in Nigeria vis-a-vis the level of income? . |

seunmsg: I can also add with certainty that if Sullivan Chime had a quarter of what fashola had at his disposal, he would have dwarfed fashola's performance. At least 10% of the state's income goes to one individual, before other stakeholders start embezzling their own, and someone is talking about best administered state. If Lagos was a free state, it would have done much better than it has done thus far. 1 Like |
Politics / Re: Edo Election: Philip Shaibu Dances To Celebrate PDP And Obaseki's Victory by dokie: 2:28pm On Sep 20, 2020 |
Ever since this guy followed Obaseki to PDP, i've respected him alot. That was one risk too many. Obaseki actually called him "a friend" when appealing to PDP to let both of them fly the ticket. Truthfully, its only a friend that can do what Shaibu did. Appears cool, but be like say na real hard man. Meanwhile, someone should tell oshiomole that if by a stroke of the miraculous he is able to be at the fore front of an election battle, he should reserve his dancing till the victory. Oshiomole dey dance up and dan Edo since, at the end of the day no level. Make e come dance now make we see. 83 Likes 5 Shares |

jidamsel43: True. If they can't help us in Nigeria, why do we spend time celebrating them? What's even worse is when we get tribal: "Igbo Amaka" here, "omoluabi" there. At the end of the day, dem no send us from here to there. They are all focused on serving their new found nations. Let them help us dismantle this hopeless structure in Nigeria (at least restructuring according to the independence plan) by getting their new nations to apply pressure on our government. 1 Like |

AnanseK: Quit. Emefiele is an "oh yes" man. That's why the cabal insisted he remained. It had nothing to do with any magnanimity. Besides, the north had no competent person who would be permeable at the same time to fit into that position. Brilliant northerners (as few as they may be) are some of the most difficult people to bend. SLS is a good example. And no matter how nepotistic a government is, certain offices must be manned by very sound professionals. Emefiele has been a very loyal CBN governor to Buhari and his Cabal which is very bad for the country. Maybe they have now zeroed in on a northerner they can trust. So its time for Godwin to go. 1 Like |
