Business / Take The Internet Back Program by donalda(m): 7:02pm On Feb 08, 2007
Just found out this program. It is still new. One good thing that attracted me to them is that they don't promise you heaven on earth. There may not be any harm in giving it a trial.

Investment / Nairaland Hits Nigerians With An Ipo? by donalda(m): 11:38am On Feb 07, 2007
With the wealth and quality of information exchanged here on daily basis, I am wondering if it is not hightime Nairaland went public? Seun and others what do you think? Seun, don't think that the coins you are getting from the adverts are the best you can get but just give this a thought. Perhaps, you may be the first to really offer Nigerians the true taste of making money online.
Business / Re: Starting A Trucking Business In Nigeria? by donalda(m): 10:08pm On Feb 04, 2007
Haulage business is very lucrative but hold on a bit. Before you think of investing in that area, first and foremost, you need to invest in raising drivers that are sincere and trustworthy, invest in good grade of trucks. Anything short of these, you might wish to consider leasing the truck(s) out to companies that are into haulage. Please deal with more structured businesses than with individuals. How I wish I got this same advice before going into it myself. Best of luck

Your strategy is the major determinant of which equity is the hottest. Is your strategy capital appreciation in the short, medium or long term? Is it volume appreciation? If you can sincerely answer these, you would be a better investor rather than follwoing some other people's vision.
