Every year, they will keep talking rubbish about monitoring the ports at Calabar, awarding contracts to study the need to award contracts to build the Ibeno port, or at Port Harcourt. Talk talk talk! They will never do anything to make those ports productive, unless push cones to shove. It's deliberate. This is the main reason why Lagos has become a cash cow for Tinubu.
