I recently bought Indian hemp to grow my hair. I added a pinch, just a teeny-weeny pinch the size of sugar ant in my hair conditioner to steam my hair. That same afternoon, I slept like a new born. I wasn't expecting this side effect. I slept so soundly that I dreamt I was sleeping. This isn't an exaggeration. In my dream I was forcing myself to wake cos it was past my lunch time. Sometimes I'd literally wake but sleep back cos the sleep was just too sweet. When I finally woke, it wasn't because I was satisfied but because I had to eat.

I still have some left. Walahi I'll start using it on weekends as a sleeping aid now that you mentioned it. I suffer from insomnia too.

Been suffering from insomnia too. Matter of fact as at last midnight, my mind was screaming, "insomnia is killing me!". Can't remember the last time I had a full night's sleep. I go to bed on average btw 10.45pm to 11pm. Then I wake around 1am and remain in that position till about 6am. As you can see, I'm on NL at this time due to the same reason.
