He brought his cylinder Nd the attendant told him he still had some gas left in it so he can't refill it to 12.5 kg that only about 8 or9 kg should be put in it,dud refused that they want to cheat him Nd insisted,The plant manager spoke with him but he refused so the fuel attendant started refilling Nd at 9kg or so,he stopped,dud insisted,so when the fuel attendant was abt to get to 10kg,cylinder exploded Nd killed about 5 persons not even 4. As am talking to u now am there . Don't ask me how I got this info. Am an insider. Sorry for ur loss but we should learn from this.
