You need to use another email address to sign up again.. That was what I experienced and I had to use another email to sign up and I got the confirmation mail.

That picture you screenshot, click on your passport at the top right hand corner of your screen, you will see 'my confirmation slip' click on it, it will bring out your confirmation slip, then you can print or save as PDF

The space for maiden name, your surname you were bearing before you got married is what you will put there.... Me I typed my surname there sha.... But when I saw my confirmation slip, it was only my first name and other name I saw there....

List will be out latest today till Friday. According to my source. Delayed was due to uses of NYSC camps for stream 2. Corps members. Plateau have 2 camp now. Training start 7 January till 6 Months. Make sure your Medical certificate is ready & your NIN ID card.
