Nigeria has two exchange rate CBN and market forces. This is wrong because CBN rate is lower than market forces making things difficult. CBN should stop deceiving Nigerians and have a single exchange rate.

Nigeria need to create National Insurance policy which will deduct 10 percent of salary from every working Nigerian. After working in Nigeria and overseas I observed something interesting. In Nigeria people blame others for their failures and when no one is involved they blame the Devil. After committing crime they cry to change emotions. Overseas you are responsible for your actions. If anything goes wrong you don't blame anyone but yourself and the law is takes it course if you like cry your eyes out. I have not seen anyone blaming the Devil for their failures here.
