-Image-2018-05-21-at-12.01.54-AM-696x497.jpeg Have you ever wondered how Bloggers in Nigeria make Millions of Naira every month? It’s simple! Google and other adverts Companies pay Bloggers to place adverts on their blogs/websites and the bloggers get paid when you visit and click on those adverts! This simply means bloggers make money when you visit their blog or website! So, the more you visit, the more money they make! The question is, why do bloggers take all the money for themselves without giving a dime to the visitors who help them make the money? This is the difference we are making on www.wakanda.ng. We have designed a system that allows us share our Revenue with our members here every Sunday. We have paid out over 28 million Naira to members already and we are still counting! When you become a registered member, you can earn up to N70,000 every week. There are 2 types of paid memberships on Wakanda Nation: Affiliate Membership and VIP Membership (also called Wakanda Assurance). Each of these memberships has specific bonuses. AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP: This is the basic plan for starters. Phones / Types Of Mobile Phone Users by EFEKODOJAMES(m): 12:58pm On Jul 31, 2017 |
As it is commonly said “we are in the world of technology”. One of the mostly used product of technology in Nigeria and all over the world is mobile phones. Having a mobile phone is now seen as one of the essentials one must have. Have you once travel without your phone or have your phone switched off for about two to three days, how do you felt with it? Having 5people without a mobile phone out of 20people picked at random can be said to be rare now. Almost everyone have a mobile phone but the habit and ways people use their mobile phone in Nigeria is different from each other. The various types of phone users are listed below. 1. Early Adopters These ones always want to use the latest phone models and applications. They are always the first to know about new products. Some only have the passion for new gadgets while others do it to show off. People usually look to them for recommendations of a new product. 2. The Basic-Users These ones only use their phones for the basic purpose “call and SMS”. Most of them prefer old phones because they have no pleasure in the features of most new phones. 3. Too-busy This group of phone users are ones you would have asked them several times “why do you own a phone?” They don’t have pleasure making use of their phone. They are those you feel lucky whenever you call them. If you text, expect your reply the next day. 4. The Shopaholics: They spend hours browsing through online stores (jumia, konga, olx etc). Everything the need is at their finger tips clothing, car, gadgets accessories, you just name it. Even if they are in need of a job, they don’t have to worry everything is just a click. 5. The Gamers: This ones ehn! The only thing they enjoy is playing mobile games. Being alone is not a problem for them if a power bank or charger is with them. 6. The Photo Mania The main feature these ones love in a mobile phone is its camera. They love taking pictures and they can do that everywhere and anywhere, while eating, in the office even in the toilet, just name it . The most things they upload on social media is selfies. 7. Social Media Addicts These spends hours browsing through social medias (facebook, twitter, snapchat, instagram, whatsapp) and posting updates. They do that no matter where they are or what they are doing, on the road, in the toilet, at work, they even find it hard to find time to sleep at night because they never want to stop the fun. 8. The Up-to-dates They are different from social media addicts. This ones browse through social medias and other platforms to get the current informatics, news and events about the world around them. They love to share this in formation with other people. 9. The leisure users They have worked and tired during the day, so they use their phone to refresh themselves anytime they feel like, they can play game text message, visit social medias. They use there phone as a medium through which they connect with friends and other people they care about. 10. The Music/Movie Mania They have fun in playing music and watching video with their phones. They are easily recognized because they always have an earpiece/headset with them. continue reading: http://kevwesblog..com.ng/2017/07/types-of-mobile-phone-users.html |
Education / 2017/18 Admissions: Types Of Admission Seekers by EFEKODOJAMES(m): 5:17pm On Jul 26, 2017 |
Thousands of students are seeking for admission into various institutions across Nigeria, but I tell you they are different from each other. They are grouped into 6 1. Sabi Guys Though they are still aspiring but they Know informations about all school admissions. Ask them any question about admission they will always have something to say 2. Confused This ones have high UTME Scores with low O'Level scores or vice-versa. They always claim that WAEC or Jamb that fails them. 3. Daddy's Pet Their parents choose the school they are aspiring for them, so the've left everything for them. Whenever the school starts screening their parents will inform them. 4. Humble-brag They always make posts showing their O'level and UTME Scores on social media platforms inoder to make themselve an object of focus. An example of their post is "I had 345 in Jamb, 5As and 3Bs aspiring for Medicine and Surgery in Unilag. what is my chance of gaining admission. 5. Silent killer This ones outstanding results that assures them of gaining admissoin but never make it known to people, you may be seeing them everyday and not even know they are seeking admission. 6. Sureguys This ones are well connected they have no for being panic, whenever their preferred institution starts screening, he they will be informed by an influential person (HOD, Lecturer, Student, even VC) in the institution 1 Like |
Education / Who Are Those Threatening Nigeria's Unity by EFEKODOJAMES(m): 7:24pm On Jul 25, 2017 |
It’s been about 103 years(1914-2017) that different groups have been living together and controlled by one central administration, yet threats against the nation's unity is becoming stronger everyday, Nigerians still live as if they are forced to live together. together for a century and three years but still can't learn how to live together in peace and unity. Who are those threatening Nigeria's Unity? Who are the supporters? They classified into different groups. Check the list below to know if you are one of them. a. The Heroes Some leaders, notable peoples and groups fall into this group. They want to be part of the history. They want to become hero. They want to become founders of a new country, forgetting that they will destroy a whole nation during the process. They don not see Nigeria as a bowl of water placed on a three legged stand b. |The Hypocrites This are people or groups that always blame IPOB, Arewa Youths, MOSSOB, Afenifere Youths etc for threatening Nigeria Unity but later makes statements such as “if Nigeria breaks up today, this community/L.G.A/state will join that group” and other statement showing that they are also preparing for disintegration of the nation. c. The fault finders and stigmatizers This type of people indirectly contribute to the issue. There is a common saying “condemn the wrong act not the actor” but this type of people will condemn both the actor and his tribe/state. The tags people from a particular area with a wrong doing. For example (1) someone who always want to buy cheap product and later end up in buying products of low quality, they say “Na Igbo made”. (2) They always use names from a particular part or religion as abusive terms e.g. Aboki, Afonja, Sule, Suraju etc (3) They tags anyone that fight with broken bottle “Agbero” (Yoruba thugs) with knife/cutlass “Fulani” They always make post to abuse people from a tribe/religion on social media platforms d. The over religious I will say most Nigerians are very religious. They respect religious values. Many religious leader encourages their followers to practice love only within their brothers and sisters in religion. They hate people practicing other religions such (1) that they can’t vote for them in time of elections. (2) They cant help people practicing other religions. (3) They are never satisfied with the doings of people from other religions e The territory Setters This type of people of a prejudiced view of other people’s culture and imbibe this view into our kids and youths. For example: Most Nigerian parents will never allow their child to marry someone from other tribe. They don’t wan their child to have his NYSC service in another states. If a minor disagreement come up between couples of different tribes they say “that is how people from that tribe behaves”. Some can only vote for someone from their state in an election without considering his manifesto. Some school managements only admit only aspirant from their states, some admit from any state but indigene pays twice or trice indigene fees Some people of this group that are staying abroad will relate to a fellow Nigerian there as a brother instead they start the story “he is a Yoruba man and I am an Hausa man” who asked you the story? If you fall into any of these category, change today. Let us promote #oneNigeira. Remember, anythreat against ones country is a threat against ones state, family and oneself. Let’s fulfill our pledge to Nigeria “…To defend her Unity…” For peace and justice to reign in Nigeria we must promote UNITY Share Email Post source: http://kevwesblog..com.ng/2017/07/who-are-those-threatening-nigerias-unity.html |

Education / 2017/2018 Admissions: What All 2017 Jambites Should Know by EFEKODOJAMES(m): 3:52pm On Jul 13, 2017 |
Since the commencement of 2017/2018 Jamb many candidates have been disturbing internet forums with posts like i have 231 aspiring for Unilag Medicine and Surgery, am I good to go? etc Below are some things you need to know, 1. Jamb have released neither modality for screening nor cut-off mark, therefore all those cut off and modalities you see online are fake. Put your mind at rest to avoid being scammed. But some schools are already screening their aspirants eg. OOU, DELSU 2. Know How your State of Origin affect your chance: Though, we are in one Nigeria but Nigeria have different states. Choosing a school in your State of Origina university having your state on her catchment list gives you a greater chance of gaining admission. Click here to see Nigerian Universities & their catchment areas. 3. Know Competing Ability: Search for number of candidates the school usually admit for the course & the number of candidates jostling for the space. 4. Know how cut off mark is being calculated: Below is analysis of how cut-off is usually calculated/derived. 80,000 candidates apply for Medicine and Surgery in a university, the university only have 100 slots for the course below is the breakdown of how cut-off will be gotten and students will be admitted according to catchment No of applicants Catchment Non-catchment Elds Total 30,000 40,000 10,000 80,000 Available spaces 60 30 10 100 after screening, the score of the top 60|30|10 candidates will be the cut off An aspirant with 280 UTME score aspiring for this course in the same university in any of the sections (Catchment, Non-catchment, elds) how sure are you that you will meet the cut. if you are not sure of your self you can apply for a state University, less competitive university or change to a less competitive course. 5. Connections: Knowing someone in a school also give you a chance of gaining admission, some school always have special admission list for such aspirants (staff list, vc list etc). 6. Prayer: With God all is possible source: http://kevwesblog..com.ng/2017/07/20172018-admissions-what-all-2017.html |
