Brunch - one roll of wheat bread + a mug of tea
Lunch - one serving of poundo yam + okro soup with smoked fish
Snack - 3 servings of fruit salad(pawpaw & watermelon)
Dinner - one wrap of moinmoin with a small bowl of garri
Water - 2.5L

Exercise - Walking 48mins,sit ups 100,squats 60,press ups 50(totally forgot to skip)

I cannot say I lost. Before I went off the thread I weighed 95kg(down from 100kg) and was pregnant. Now I'm back up to 100kg grin but haven't checked my weight recently cos I'm scared of being disappointed after all the effort put in. Wow,good for Cynthia.

B - one roll of wheat bread + a mug of hot skimmed milk

1/4 medium sized pawpaw

L - one wrap moinmoin

3 servings of fruit salad(pawpaw and watermelon)

D - 1/4 roasted fish,1L of Hollandia yoghurt,a handful of potato chips & coleslaw
Water - 1.5L

Exercise - Dancing 15mins,skipping 200,aerobics 20mins.

Anyone know a brand of low fat yogurt?

I'm screaming my lungs out in the middle of a street in Lagos wondering how a person decided to keep me out of the loop. "How dare you? You all are so lucky I'm in Lagos right now. WHERE THE HELL IS MY HUSBAND!!" I'm seeing red and white,feeling incompetent that I'm many miles away from where I should be. I load my phone with credit and dial,no answer,phones are switched off. How could this be happening? I call the idiots who decided I did not need to know and proceeded to alternately scream and insult them till 12pm. One thing is clear, first thing in the morning I have to get back to coal city. My mind churns with all the horrible things I would like to do to ESWAMA(LAWMA in Lagos). When does a government body start abducting people and demanding ransom? I'm shocked at how bad things are getting in this country. I need a lawyer,no I need super powers to thrash those retards who call themselves civil servants but go about extorting companies. i can't sleep,morning is taking so long to come

I'm still screaming!!! "You mean he hasn't been released yet?" I'm 3hrs away from coal city(no thanks to the  who decided to the idiot who shut down Enugu airport for a year) "Listen if he's not released before I get there ,  you don't even want to know how I'll react". Murderous thoughts going through my mind while in a taxi. I'll storm the governor's office and demand to know if ESWAMA has been empowered to abduct people. What happened to locking gates with a chain? Better still, I'll contact a local newspaper and pay them to write a stinker, then I'll head on off to ESWAMA office and cause such a scene, they'll know they detained the wrong guy or simply detain me as well. Dammit I'll need a lawyer. In my mind I'm wringing necks, punching men until they grovel on the floor in their blood and beg for mercy and I still won't be appeased. Next head I want on a plate is my husband's boss. I would so love for him to spend a month being "detained".

DH has been released just before I arrived. My head clears. Suddenly I can relax but I still want blood. How does one fight a government agency? The corruption in this country is so much I doubt I would make much headway. Besides it's a corporate affair not an individual fight. And if I do go after DH's boss like I imagined,wouldn't it cost DH his job? I feel furious at not being able to do a thing. But I do get my revenge later. A few well spoken barbs produced a lot of apologies that continued days after.

It's a sad thing,the way government bodies misuse their authority for personal gain. Makes me want to run for office and whoop their a$$. Or simply hire thugs and assassinate them all. Now that would be fun. grin

I'm already on CALORIECOUNT and MYFITNESSPAL. Well I'll work on building my walking to 60minutes. I walk outside and the routes I've chosen(2) add up to 45minutes.

I am fine thanks. As cardio,I just recently started walking because I dislike jogging and running. I swim but it's too rainy and cold for that now. Also I thought orange was good as per low calorie. I already changed my dairy to low fat but I am yet to find a low fat yoghurt. If you know any let me know. Take care.

@ Romeo,finally you got my name right! Now about the skipping I now understand that if I skip till failure and do this repeatedly then my endurance would increase i.e. I would be able to skip more each time. Maketh sense.

@ stages thanks for the encouragement. I was told that if one does not have a proper period then one can't ovulate. It is quite frustrating how my cycle varies and misbehaves. Welcome modath, I'm right where you were last oct grin but I hope to go down. It's encouraging what you wrote. I agree starving doesn't make sense and I hate the word 'diet' but we have to learn to eat right. Stopping bread is hard so I switched to whole wheat bread. Writing out what I eat here helps keep me accountable. Anyway I shall get there.

grin grin grin It happens but I hope you're feeling better now. At least you were exercising with all your eating. I did not exercise but I have received amazed compliments that I have trimmed down but I'm still afraid to check my weight. Don't want to be disappointed cos have heavy bones. At least I can now fit into clothes I couldn't fit into before.

L - 2 servings rice with veggies and fish
D - fruit salad(apple,watermelon & pineapple)
Water - approx 2L

Today 11/06/2010
B - a small cup if tea and once slice of bread
L - 1 120g indomie
D - will be 2 servings rice and stew with fish
Water - 1.5L so far

@Romeo why did you have to burst my bubble and I thought I was doing good. Chei! I cannot remember which post I was supposed to reply but I remember being demotivated from skipping. I thought I replied,hmm. I'm eating too much calories? I thought weating 5-6 times a day was cool and i feel so hungry most of the time sad
